Very unpleasant and felt very unsafe The showers had mold and mildew. Gang symbols on the trash cans outside. The toilet seat was broken, stains on the furniture and bedding, the doors did not secure properly, big gaps around the entire frame. Broken window with broken glass in the room. People outside our doors in the middle of the night. It felt unsafe, less than clean. We got in at 3am and just a few hours later at 10am asked to check out and get a refund for the remInder of our stay. We were told we were not within the 24 cancellation and would be charged for the rooms for 2 nights. We had no issue paying for the night we stayed but should not have been charged for the additional day. Overall poor quality and horrible customer relations. The hotel property would not accommodate us in any way. We called corporate and they provided 30k points but no refund for the extra day charge. Awful experience.

Never in a million years would I choose a Quality Inn again A disgraceful, dirty, hotel. It all began with not getting a confirmation email and when I arrived, the quoted amount was $100 more a night. After an hour on the phone after front desk couldn't do anything, Reservation told me that since I was at the hotel and the cancellation time had passed, there was nothing they could do. Stuck, we checked in. The first room had a toilet that didn't fully flush with a turd in it. After complaining, the second room had a bed with a divot in it so it wasn't possible to sleep in, with everything else in the room being disgusting. After complaining again, the manager called the owners who said, no other room but was willing to refund us. We took the refund and ran. The hotel is right off the highway and it is very loud and pretty low budget area, for a place that wanted $488 for 2 nights. There was nothing quality about this place.

Clean and Comfortable Very clean. The front desk gave us excellent service. The hotel has a lovely year round outdoor pool and hot tub. The location was very good for our trip. The beds had ample pillows. In all, a good experience, however, I will mention my disappointment with the Choice Hotel group's decision to make housekeeping on longer stays only on demand. Daily housekeeping for longer stays at a hotel is another thing that the pandemic took from us and it is disappointing.

Happy Helpful Staff. Jess, who made our reservation was an absolute breath of fresh air! Calm, communicative, exceptionally helpful, similarly when we checked in. An excellent member to have receiving your guests. Vanessa, in the breakfast room, was similarly exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful; she communicated most sympathetically that there was no fresh milk. Her focus was to be a great host and she succeeded royally. Thank you Jess and Vanessa, you initiated a most positive and welcoming stay. Ps. The room was excellent.

Awesome Vanessa at breakfast was great. She was very helpful and kind. She offered to clean up my mess when my burrito got messy in the microwave. Shes my absolute favorite breakfast attendant. She was always smiling and very welcoming when I came in. My room was comfortable and relaxing.
