Great resort but... Our log cabin was very quaint but functioning Wifi would;ve been nice, especially given so so Cell service. Grounds are beautiful. The pools probably should be heated outside of July/August. Very small indoor pool for thr cool months.

Yurt was fun, but wouldn't stay in one again My family andI went in early June, 2024. There were 10 of us all together, 6 adults 4 kids, ages 13, 11, 2, 1. We stayed in the yurts 2 - 2 bdr and 1 open, thought it would be fun. Location, had its pros and cons. We were in yurts 703, 704, and 705very close to the pool and to the general store. This was great to be able to walk to the pool and back whenever we needed to without having to drive or take the golf cart. However we were also very close to the main intersection of 10 minute drive and the maintenance yard. Being in the yurt was fun but with the tented walls this was not the most ideal location for the noise. With the tented walls you could hear everything outside including the EVERY car that drove by, neighbor yurts, tv, talking, phones etc.. I would say if you choose a yurt to ask for one in the more quite area. The other thing about the yurts are that there is a skylight at the top of the roof and no way to block out any light, so when the sun came up it came thru and it was very bright. We had a great time, but I would not choose a yurt again. We rented a gold cart and that was nice to drive around to see things and a nice evening drive, take it to mini golf, main lodge.

Cabins are dated The staff at the resort were very helpful an friendly, However the cabin we stayed in was dated. The floor in the kitchen was buckled and coming up, there were ants in the kitchen as well. Some of the lights need to be replaced and the walkway to the cabin was very dark at night. The parking at the cabin was difficult because there are about 10 cabins that all share a small parking lot. Because these are 2 bedroom units some had 2 cars per unit. We often had to park in a lot not near the cabin.

Springtime in resort For 2 weeks I stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. Bed was great. New appliances in the kitchen. Icemaker worked in the freezer. I borrowed a crock pot from housekeeping. And they brought it to me. I was able to park my rv in front of the cabin. 3rd weekrvd
