Perfect place to stop Stayed one night in a double queen room area was very spacious. Lovely view of the mountains out of the front top. There’s no elevator so be prepared to lug your stuff up the stairs. We also went to the restaurant on site and staff was super friendly and accommodating. We stayed here for the closeness to Mount Washington.

Nice stay We didn't use any of the facilities, but our room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff at checkin/checkout was very friendly. Location was also very convenient, especially for the Gorham Moose Tour, which was right down the street.

What a pleasant surprise We didn't stay here, but we had breakfast in their lovely dining room. The hotel or inn, is gracious and welcoming. The dining room overlooks a golf course and was elegant and quiet. Our food was cooked to order, was reasonably priced and delicious. We thought the prices were very reasonable and hope to return at a later date. The fruit cup for $3.95 was huge! It overflowed onto the plate and was filled with a variety of wonderful fresh fruits. I could hardly finish it. The bread for toast, which I believe is homemade on site was delicious. We would not hesitate to return here for a meal.

Wonderful Stay in the Great North Woods Town and Country is big enough to hold your entire group but still feels cozy. We stay here every winter and the staff is always friendly and the rooms are good sized and clean. The pool is a big hit with the younger members of our group. We have had supper in the restaurant in the past and it was always very good too. Listen carefully to the directions from the desk person regarding finding your room. The numbering system for the rooms is unique.

Recommended, Good value We stayed here for one night a couple months back. I'll say this, the place is great. Great restaurant, Bar, Pool, Hot Tub, Gym and Arcade. The hotel is dated, but our room appeared to had been renovated and very clean. The food at the restaurant was great at a good price. My only recommendation would be pool maintenance. The pool was clean but really really strong chlorine. Also, the pool could use a re-paint at the bottom. Other than that, the stay is highly recommended.
