A 6 dressed up as a 9? This is a good/bad review and therefore hard to describe. The staff at the property are all very good, professional and polite. The room is smaller but in nice shape. Towels/linens etc are nice...bed is comfortable and the room is quiet. The failure comes with the breakfast. Supposed to be 6am-9am. We arrived at about 8:30, not early risers as we're on a bit of a holiday and there was nothing left. No coffee being the most critical......coffee machine out of order? They should be embarrassed. The other selections were equally as poor. Eggs were down to last couple of spoon fulls, no breakfast meats......not even bread for toast. Juice is watered down and not flavourful. Really wanted to give this property a good review....but the morning experience will make us think again about where we stay.

Great Value Good value,helpful friendly front desk staff. Hallways clean a little dated but hotel is spotless. Rooms are clean ,bathroom a little dated but again clean. Bed and pillows very comfy. Clean smaller pool and hottub. Gym is good. Excellent free breakfast. Right next door to Alerus Centre and 3 min drive to 32nd st (where shopping is (TJ Max,Ross,Menards,Walmart, and lots of restaurants Olive Garden and Texas Roadhouse ).

Well Worth the Money Great price, clean rooms, good breakfast. Very quiet hotel. Well located. Good wifi. Budget priced hotel that delivers. We would recommend this to family and friends. Great front desk staff. Good parking. Close to shopping and the highway.

Every stay has been great! This is my 4th time staying at this hotel and it has been great every time. The rooms have always been nice and the staff has always been friendly. I was the guest of the day when I checked in today. It was a nice touch that put a smile on my face. I will continue staying here whenever I am in Grand Forks.

Clean and comfortable room with a cool view of Alerus Center Super nice entry area with great chairs and a small couch. It was very open and inviting. The room was much nicer than I anticipated, and I appreciated the cleanliness. The shower had great pressure and was super relaxing. I really enjoyed that my room overlooked the Alerus Center. The bed was quite comfortable and had a great selection of pillows, from firm to soft.
