Awesome experience Everything was wonderful. Tayler was our server and Heather really was an amazing manager. The place was wonderful Our room was great. The food is wonderful. Everything is always clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. We will definitely be returning

Great vibes, with the staff! Inspiring views. Delicious breakfast buffet. The staff here are high vibing, kind folks. And you can tell they care about each other. Chrissy is spreading authentic joy and hospitality at the restaurant. Hats off to The folks that make the breakfast bar. It is fantastic. I’m a vegetarian, and Zach even offered to create a vegetarian offering for me the next day. The Building decor and furnishings are a bit older, but the mountain views and high vibes with all the staff from front desk to housekeeping transcend that for me. Mountain Views were beautiful and my pictures don’t do them justice. It was a wonderful place to meditate in the morning. Inspired me enough to write this review. I’ve only written one other review on TripAdvisor. Congrats to whoever put this crew together. Good management.

5-stars for Bridgette! Bridgette was the best! Thank you so much again! _ We didn't stay at the hotel but Bridgette was sweet enough to give my bandmate and I the famous Doubletree cookies! A perfect way to end the evening on a tour day off! The generosity and kindness really went a long way

Would not stay there again if last hotel on earth. Bugs- there were many many bugs in the room. The couch (was in a jr suite) had so many stains on it looked like it was taken from a dumpster. It then started to storm and rain came in the windows which made the bugs fly around more. We left after 15 mins. I then read other reviews and the bugs were an issue before our stay! I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, woods, beaches, cities, etc never had that many bugs in a room. Occasionally one or two killed them no more. We had to drive an additional 2 hrs to get another room and pay more money. They did not charge us for the room.

JORDAN at the Front Desk is Awesome! Many thanks to Jordan at the Front Desk. I lost my phone within 5 minutes of checking in. At my time of check-in, there were a lot of people arriving for an event. Not knowing exactly who the phone belonged to, Jordan stowed it safely away until I was able to retrace my steps & make contact with him. Thank you Jordan for your excellent customer service!!
