This Place Has Lost It's Appeal I have stayed here in the past so was disappointed when I checked in to find that they now charge a $14 parking fee which wasn't apparent when I booked the room! Who expects to pay a parking fee when you book a hotel room? It's the only hotel where I've ever been charged such a fee, and I've been booking hotel rooms for several decades! The front desk staff was curt, and didn't seem very happy to be working there. No coffee in the lobby and only one regular coffee serving in the room. The TV wasn't set up with a guide to tell what was on each channel. The pillows were uncomfortable. The place has gone downhill in many ways in recent years. The only reason I didn't rate it as terrible is that our room was clean so at least one of the housekeepers is doing a good job.

Friendly helpful staff Gave us late check out, no extra charge, friendly front desk staff, very helpful and understanding regarding a late evening personal problem in our room. Comfy bed and great pillows. We were given a special room that was quiet near the end of the hall out of the way of noise or activity.

Don’t Waste Your Money Buy your pillows at the nearest Walmart because what you are provided are terrible. While you’re at it, buy extension cords for anything electrical. The plugs in the desk are connected to nothing! “Limited housekeeping” means that only the trash is emptied. Bed not made and towels not changed.

Find a better place to stay. Where to start. Room was somewhat clean. Furniture all dented and scratched. 3 walk plugs in room and usb port on desk not connected to anything. Walked back in to room at 4 pm to find a not on unmade bed saying they had limited housekeeping and just removed trash.

Excellent We stayed here while on a coach tour, just before we arrived a huge storm went through, causing the hotel to lose TV and internet, hail had come through the air con unit and wet some of the carpet. The staff were very helpful and did everything possible to make our stay good, even gave us a free breakfast. The room was comfortable, and had a fridge and a microwave. Will definitely stay again if we are this way again.
