If I could rate a zero I would. If I could rate this hotel a zero I would have. The only decent part is that is was near many stores and downtown. My mother and I stayed at this hotel last Monday. We got into our hotel around 8pm. It was about 90 degrees outside and humid as all get out. We both entered the hotel room and locked our hotel door with the deadbolt and the slide/safety latch. We then entered the balcony and shut the door and this is when we got locked on the balcony because the metal lock inside the room slide down the minute we shut the door. Neither my mom or I had our phones with us. We then had to yell to get another person attention to go let the front desk know we were locked on our balcony. This took about 30 minutes for the front desk guy to come upstairs and unlock the room next to ours as the balconies were all connected and only divided by a metal farm fence. This was after I suggested this to the front desk guy myself as the next room was empty. We then got into the hotel and they were unable to enter our room due to not being able to get the safety latch open. This took over an HOUR with two workers attempting to open the door. The front desk guy attempted first with an “emergency tool” for over 10-15 minutes all while FaceTiming the maintenance main. After about 30 minutes of waiting on the maintenance man to arrive he attempted to use this tool to unlock the door and was unable to for approximately 15 minutes. Another person staying st the hotel offered his opinion on what to use to break the lock and the maintenance man replied “I don’t want to break it, then I’ll have to replace it” as his guests have been sitting on the hotel hallway floor for the last hour. After about another 10 attempts, he uses a screwdriver to break the lock off and unlock our door. Not once were we offered something to drink during this heat as we did not have our phones or money to access anything, but never offered another room due to only having one lock now on our door with the safety latch busted off. The next night we decided we did not want to stay at this hotel anymore and asked for a refund for that night. He refused. The manager was then called on his phone to ask for a refund for the entire stay due to the incident prior. The manager was rude, unprofessional and yelling at my mom on the phone. He blamed it all on us as customers and never took responsibility for what happened or any compassion. By the time we got into our room it was after 10 o’clock. I wish I had access to our phones so that this could have been recorded but it was in the room and I’m assuming by the hotel they do not have cameras. I completed a survey about my stay and this is the response from the manager I received. I’ve never felt more unsafe and treated so poorly in my entire life. The way this staff treats their customers is awful. If this was an emergency situation and they needed to enter the room quickly, they would have no idea how to do so, for that I would never stay here again.

Run down, lacking in amenities and furnishings. Stayed here four nights while attending a conference. Stayed in a King Size bed room. The bed was comfortable and clean in appearance. The bathroom was cramped. There was an uncomfortable chair with no table next to it. Had to turn a trash can upside down to hold my drink. None of the usual amenities were provided. The place felt really run down. I didn’t realize how oppressive an atmosphere it had until I walked out the morning of checkout. As I left, I felt like a load had been lifted from my shoulders. From now on, I’ll be looking to see when a place was built and last renovated. This hotel was built in the 1980’s and it shows! Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

Don't park and fly I was a guest at the CI GR on the day before Thanksgiving. I was due to fly out the next day and was leaving my car there. The room was ready when I arrived early and the Front Desk Manager was very welcoming. However, leaving my car made me feel robbed. First of all, there was no van service available at the time of morning that I needed to leave for my flight. The overnight manager was able to procure an Uber for me and the cost was nominal. I then arrived back at the airport on Sunday, December 3 at 1:45 pm. I called as I was told to do for a ride from the airport. I was told that there was no shuttle service available and I had to find my own way back. The person at the desk was NOT at all helpful as far as cab or Uber recommendations and left me on my own. Needless to say it cost me ANOTHER $35 to get to pick up my car and head home, after spending a ridiculous amount of money on the room and parking. So I would think again about a recommendation for a park and fly. That service gets no stars from me.

NO SHOW FEE CHARGED ON TOP OF RESERVATION!!! NO SHOW FEE???? Horrible!! Made a reservation and had to cancel after the deadline - they wouldn't refund my money, which I understand they have a policy BUT, I called and spoke to the (very rude) manager who refused to cancel my reservation and told me that if we didn't show we would have a "No Show" fee of $100 assessed!! I told her I had never heard of that and I am not even sure that is legal! Once I pay for a room, it is my decision whether or not I show. I asked to speak to someone else and was told the other other person was the owner, who does not deal with things like this. Sure enough at 3:46am my credit card was charged an additional $118 on top of the cost of the hotel room for not showing!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Nice Location Nice location. Close to airport without the noise. Close to outdoor shopping and Woodland Mall. Few restaurants to walk to, but many within a short drive. Rooms spacious. Bathroom small. Hot water took longer than other hotels to get to. Nice breakfast area. Service to airport was perfect.
