Special people working here Our family of four got in at 1 am due to crazy air travel issues. Jim, Shea and Jackson welcomed us by giving us their extra food/dinner, as we must have been looking worn out. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed the pool, the friendly bartenders and room cleaners, and overall had a great time here. Thank you so much to these three in particular for being so amazing.

Staff go above and beyond I was visiting for a wedding. The Sheraton hotel was clean and well organized. There are many convenient stores near by. What made my stay excellent, was the way staff made me feel welcome. Yesterday, the shuttle driver Michael B., saw I was waiting on an Uber. He introduced himself and informed me about the convenient shuttle service offered (free trips within 3 miles). He then made a fantastic pizza recommendation and drove me to pick it up. He was friendly, kind, and hard working. All together, this was a fantastic experience.

Hotel Sheraton GRR Pleased by the Service provided by Ana and Jenne at the Cafe. Cafe is welcoming and has food items that can cater all sections of people with varied choices. Hotel staff at the front desk and the folks who do room service are also very nice and friendly.
