Clean and spacious suite We got the queen suite for our family of 5 and it was very spacious. Room was very clean. My kids loved the pool and wanted to swim all night! The location was close distance to tourists attractions. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby and a restaurant attached to the hotel. Will definitely be back!

Don’t stay here We called about noon to see if pool and hot tub was open was told yes. When we arrived 2 hours later upon check in was told water slide was down our pool and hot was still open and was told pool was open until 10pm. Well at 9:30 some rude employee came to the pool and demanded everyone out no explanation just that he had the authority to shut it down. Husband went to front desk and they knew. Nothing about it, no manager on site. So if your trying to get away to enjoy the pool don’t stay here go down the road. This was our first time staying at this location and will be out last.

Missing trained and quality employees. 39 minutes after getting to my room the door opened! They have the same room to someone else. Called the front desk and reported, night 2 my keys would not work they deactivated my keys but not the other individual. Took 30 minutes at the front desk to get a working key. Lobby and elevator floor dirty and sticky. Was the same last week. Service poor no one at the front desk or the bar. Needless to stay I am moving to another hotel for all future stays.

Great conference room space Lee in sales is very helpful and does a great job with events. It’s my go to hotel for small conferences. Very friendly and efficient service and great facilities. The front desk staff is also very friendly. Highly recommended for events in Grand Rapids. The free parking is much more convenient than downtown choices.

Delta hotel My family and I were looking for a hotel just for one night in order to swim. The weather has been soaking us with a rain everyday for the last week. We decided to go with this hotel because it was affordable and one of the options on my marriot app. The renovations were nice since our last stay. The staff were really nice and helpful during our stay as well based on those two things it was a decent stay. The only issues we had were that our bathroom door was broken and off the railing. They offered to fix it but we told them we d prefer they do that once we left the hotel. The other issue was the bathroom smelled like mildew. I'm not sure if we would stay again or not.
