Just Don’t! The experience of being here was traumatic. It started with check in; the lobby smelled musty and appeared in need of a deep clean. I was hopeful the attention to detail was in the room. Nope! There was a mildew odor upon entering the room, which seemed to come from the bathroom. The bathroom was filthy, with dust, lint, and hair all over the toilet. I wouldn’t use my own toilet if it looked like this, and that would be my own filth. There was a faint lipstick stain on the counter; I wasn’t sure if it was permanent but when I wiped it, it came off. In the main room, there were handprints on the desk. I kept on my slippers the entire time and wanted to disinfect those when I left this place. I was so grossed out and did not sleep here. This was a HUGE waste of money.

I highly recommend staying anywhere else! The guest I booked a room for woke up to COCKROACHES. The staff’s only solution was to move her to a different room. Which she obviously did not feel comfortable doing. Needless to say, she did not stay the second night. Not only did we get charged for both nights, but the manager refused to provide any compensation for waking up to COCKROACHES. He then proceeded to hang up on me. I am appalled at the service in response to a disgusting situation. I have worked in customer service and did my best to remain calm in spite of everything, and am in disbelief that this is how I was treated by the MANAGER. Save yourself from a horrible experience and stay somewhere else!

Moldy musty Smokey everywhere i never worse than the river smell throughout the whole place never would stay here again The condition of the halls and rooms were musty moldy and dirty first room we were given was disgusting with blood like liquid on the sink I’ve done that the way he came about it The absolutely the worst customer service ive ever had in my life we checked in 15 mins later tell us we were smoking cigarettes when we don’t smoke at all offered them to come in look to see no smoking . Kicked us out and didn’t offered us a refund charged us for two rooms and deposit with deposit .the entire building was smoky and stinky of mold and smoke was screamed at by all employees besides two women . Would never recommend this place to anyone

Do not stay at this hotel! If you do, bring fabreez and soap! Me and my family were originally going to spend two nights at this hotel. As soon as we walked in we decided to cut our stay down to one night. Not only was the smell overwhelming when you walked into the building, but when we entered our room there were stains coating just about every surface there. The towels had brown splotches, the walls were covered in substances that I don’t even want to name. The bathroom had shoe shining stuff but no soap? The only plus side was that it had an overlook of the river. Me and my family will never stay here again.

Dirty and outdated It was outdated and had an overall dirty feeling. There were strange smells in the elevator and hallways. Both of the shower towels were dirty, I had to use a hand towel because I hadn’t checked before getting in the shower. The sheets were clean and the beds were okay. Didn’t use the pool, but at a glance it looked fine. The outdoor patio area had a giant chess board that my husband and daughter enjoyed, but a lot of the furniture was damaged and frayed. We had a “lovely” view of the river through horribly dirty windows. I wouldn’t stay here again if I had a choice. It seems like it may have been nice at one point but they let it get too run down.
