A valuable hotel distinguishes itself more by its staff than by its architecture, furniture or hardware. Best of 6 hotels on our visit due to the staff - notability Mandy in the restaurant who was fully engaged with our visit and remembered our drinks and previous order on our second encounter. Good service, professional presentation, great attitude.

The best place to stay in GP Front staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The restaurant "The Office" has fab food. The steaks are awesome the pasta was plentiful and chicken wings are stupendous. Don't get me started on the deserts. Had apple pie sooo good and our server LEANNE! Was a pleasure do be around. Funny and witty. Great place

Totally recommend this hotel, front desk are courteous and the rooms are perfect. Really enjoyed the food at the restaurant at the Pomeroy. The chef on the day we were there was Khalil, he is an amazing chef. Khalii cooked our steaks to perfection, and the dessert was delicious. Its nice to know he cares about the environment and most importantly, food he prepares. I totally recommend this restaurant at the Grande Prairie Pomeroy. Thanks Khalil

Simply the best Thank you Mandy, for the great service. :)) This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, the hostess was super nice, wonderful three course meals, I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

Best Accommodation in GP We have stayed in several locations in Grande Prairie and this was, by far, the best accommodation. We stayed in a junior suite and everything was as pictured/advertised. The desk table pulls out so we were able to conduct Zoom meetings with the city lights in the background. It was a very different atmosphere from other suites we have stayed in! Great shower and soaker tub! COVID precautions were taken very seriously, and yet, all of our encounters with staff were examples of excellent hospitality. We mentioned some small things that would have made our stay even better and our comments were validated and addressed. Parking is all outside and plentiful. The exterior doors were locked at 8pm. (a buzzer system allowed easy access) We highly recommend Pomeroy, GP.
