Nothing special, but clean and quiet The location was very convenient and had great access to interstate 196. Staff was very friendly and check in went very smoothly as well. The room was a decent room and it was clean, including the bathroom being very clean which I was thankful for. But the hotel in general needs serious renovation. The fixtures have stains on them the walls have been worked on numerous times and have been patched the trim is very beat up and I could just use a serious face left and I think it would make the hotel so much more appealing to many travelers and business people. I don't have anything negative to say about my stay with the exception of meeting some updating.

Fair property at best The cozy lobby was the best part of our experience. The room was called a 2 room suite, but offered little privacy as there was not even a door on the bedroom. The 3 person suite would only suffice for a small child as the third place to sleep was a loveseat that didn't pull out to a bed. We had to upgrade to a 4 person room to be able to sleep 3 of us. The room could really use updating however the sleep number bed was comfortable. The bathroom door was very hard to shut and if you got it shut, good luck opening it. On a positive note, the staff was nice.

New Year's Eve Executive suite with jacuzzi was the perfect night cap for an New Year Eve night. Will definitely do it again.

Wonderful Wonderful and Winderful We stayed in Christmas week. Great staff and very helpful. Lobby was place to sit and chat. Very relaxing executive king suite. The room was clean. the front desk person was very friendly. I am greatly thank full to the manager who made it very special stay and the breakfast was varied.

New Year's Eve The room was very nice with both a bedroom and a sitting room. I was very disappointed that the room did not have ESPN. The bed was comfortable, but there were clanking and banging noises all night long. Several times I thought my room would be flooded due to extreme water noise.
