Great place. Had a very nice stay here for 4 nights. In particular Angelina in the bar is top of her game, she remembers you and what you drank two nights ago. She takes a real interest in you as a customer. All the food from breakfast to evening meals was very tasty and fresh. The room was comfortable and clean and super spacious. The pool was great as was the outdoor patio area. In general staff couldn’t do enough for you, with one exception; the shuttle driver. He was sadly verging on just plain rude. He sadly lets the team down. I’d stay here again and would recommend If you need somewhere close to the airport and within easy reach of the city centre.

Try another Embassy The lobby and atrium is beautiful in this Embassy. Where I can't go back, is the horrible bathroom. We were in room 925 and it was so small you had to jostle around to shut the door. The shower barely has any pressure. The curtain rod is barely hanging on with a non fitting screw so it hangs in level and the shower curtain won't close. I had to prop the drain plug open to allow water to drain. The sink plug doesn't work at all. Food was good. Evening reception was good. Staff was very polite! Rooms are old and bathroom was horrible

dont call us!! I arrived last night at DFW airport at 6:15 pm. I gathered my bags and called at 6:30 pm. No answer. I went down to C31 as your Embassy Suites Voucher instructed only to discover that C31 lower level has been under construction for months. Why haven't you changed your card? I then walked all the way to C4 shuttle pick up, outside in 107 degree heat, where I stood for the next hour waiting on the shuttle. Over the hour my wife and I called 26 times to 972-724-2600 and no one ever answered the phone. I called the Hilton reservation line and they tried to call and no one answered. They said the only number they had was 972-274-2600. They gave me an email address but it bounced back as incorrect. I finally gave up and called a $26 uber to take me. Upon arriving I asked to speak to the manager. They said you were on the phone. I don't know how anyone could reach them on the phone but nonetheless I waited for 10 minutes and the manager never came out to talk to me. This was horrible.

Poor Service and Rooms The hotel reception only had one person working during peak check in hours that was supposed to check everyone in, answer phones, coordinate shuttles, and sign for packages. The service was very slow. The rooms were dirty and old and the bed had stains all over it. Even the linens were dirty. Very disappointed in the service and accommodations.

do not expect friendly customers service overnight lady and big boy shuttle driver are very rude and unprofessional driver slammed the door on my side before I sat down other staff on property this early was warm and friendly these 1 made my experience unpleasant super close the airport l, that’s the only good thing
