Don't even think of going here Sorry this will be long, but honest reviews sometimes are. Booked a week, grizzley bear suite. Got in late, NO parking, ok my fault sort of. At arrival to room, carpet soaked by leaky tub, housekeeping should have caught this. Moved half group to another room for night. Got another room next AFTERNOON. Master room no closet, no where to hang clothes. Second bedroom and area by FRONT DOOR has small closet type hanging area. Shower is 6 ft, shower curtain is 5 ft, water everywhere. Hair dryer inop. Another housekeeping miss. No exhaust fan in bathroom makes for interesting aromas in addition to the general musty smell in the room. End of first review. Next dinner at fireside restaurant. Continued review. Dinner at fireside, based on reviews should have been high end dining and based on price should have been 5 Michelin star quality, IT WASN'T EITHER!! Expensive for what we got, service better at Denny's or IHOP, they were out of several items on menu and drinks(stuff happens, I get it). One in our party asked for a Kahlua and milk, when the server asked the bartender about making it he pulled out his phone, looking for how to make it???? Don't know but that what it appeared, maybe glass of milk and add Kahlua? Ok, back to room stuff. They dropped off a blow-dryer a couple of days into the trip, put it on the counter. I had to install it myself, when did I get hired into maintenance department I don't remember being interviewed. Let them know the shower wasn't draining, standing in ankle deep water for most of shower, DIDN'T BOTHER to fix at all. Flashing light on smoke detector in bedroom, every 4 seconds ALL NIGHT! Let them know, they said was "normal". Then why don't the other detectors flash? Toilet got clogged, they did fix that, BUT didn't clean the puddles of water left on the bathroom floor, maintenance me to the rescue!! Management or someone responded to the initial post with the usual canned response, sorry your visit wasn't good, which is of no value. Overall NOT a good experience, very, very expensive, $8 for dippin dots really! Went to Phoenix great wolf a few years ago, very good time, expected same here, didn't happen. Absolutely will let my friends and associates know of this experience with a DO NOT RECOMMEND added!!!! Just my opinion, take it or leave it, but you've been warned.

Don’t do it!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! I am serious. I’ve been here before and it was lovely. It is NOT now. Overpacked, understaffed. Attractions closed without warning. Long long lines!!! We waited over an hour just to check in. One person working the front desk!!! At check in time of 4:00pm, what kind of management does that? Many kiosks have replaced staff for check in and food. Those are unreliable saying “see associate”. We asked before buying the wolf pass if everything was open, and were told yes. But that was a lie. The ropes course has been closed all week. The laser tag requires reservations that book up first thing in the morning. The water park is overcrowded. They haven’t opened the outdoor area even though it’s 90 degrees outside. That would help spread out the people. Lines for everything! And they move slow!!!! One bartender for the entire waterpark. One person to work the magic quest. If you want to run a max capacity you need to staff at max capacity! Food stations are out of ketchup. Ice machines empty. It’s just really really bad. And costs a fortune!!!

AWFUL VACATION - EVEN KIDS WERE READY TO GET OUT OF THERE If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst vacation ever. Upon arrival, all condiment bottles in the room were empty and had to make two requests to get them filled. AC in the room did not work and we burned up the whole time (AC was on lowest it would go at 60 and set to high fan). The toilet broke. The lines were ridiculous. I spent 3 hours of first morning in line trying to schedule Laser Tag & Virtual Reality for my kids. I paid for unlimited ropes course and it was closed the entire time (4 days)! A lot of the staff was rude like you were bothering them to be in their line to order something. The water in the water park was freezing and the chlorine was so high that my kids got sick. They wanted to leave after 1 hour in there and never went back. Half of the magiquest didn't work. We spent over $2000 on this trip and it wasn't work $1. I could go on with the issues we had but we will NEVER go back and I do not recommend this place at all.

Vacation This was our family’s first time visiting Great Wolf Lodge and it was a great experience. The Staff was very welcoming at the front desk and answered any questions we had. The lifeguards were on there game watching the pool like hawks. There was a few downsides to my visit #1 the hotel room would not cool down took till almost 6am to feel any type of cold breeze it was to the point where other guest were buying fans #2 when you purchase a meal with drinks the soda is timed and measured so you only get what the cup will hold and no refills unless you buy a package they offer #3 elevator take awhile to reach you

No longer recommend. Sadly this place has gone downhill. I was so excited for our annual GWL visit since they were doing renovations last year. However, the waterpark is just not being well run anymore. The place was overwhelmed by the amount of people. It took us OVER AN HOUR and a half to get an order of plain cheese nachos and a hard stale pretzel. Also the waterpark usually feels warm and almost muggy inside. I guess they decided to save money on heat because it was freezing in there and the water was like ice. The wave pool was too cold for even my 6yo to enjoy. The themed suite rooms are also just noticeably worn down- paint peeling in the kids area, blankets on kids beds falling apart, bathtub drain would not close to fill, etc. definitely not worth the price tag anymore. We used to really enjoy it here. Hopefully other locations have held up better than this one.
