Girl's last get away before school starts! Missed in fine print no microwave. Nice place to stay, close to a lot of stuff. Enjoyed the pool. Check in gentleman was so great.

Good location close to services and airport. Spacious rooms, near services and airport, fair rate about $150. Hotel interior could use a keen eye to details, repairs, overall cleanliness. Did not see pool or gym. Sporting event competition nearby.

Excellent location for family reunion We stayed at this hotel for a family reunion. The rooms and hotel were very clean, The staff was very friendly and helpful while we were setting up for different events for our reunion. It is at a great location across from Grapevine Mall so during down time the family had several things to do within walking distance (round one, rainforest cafe, Legoland, shopping, eating, ect.) without having to drive all over Dallas. The shuttle was also helpful in transporting family members back and forth from the airport and also to the mall.

Clean but broken room Remote didn’t work although the light flash when pointed at the television, had a screw where batteries went front desk did not offer to replace it come to find out in the morning they have a slew of remotes there at the front desk and the p.m. front desk agent should’ve offered the light to the right of the bed did not work and the shuttle was not available. We needed the front desk supposedly sent the Uber reimbursement back to my credit card (We’ll see) breakfast was great… actually had a lil flavor for instant potato’s sausage And eggs. that’s it clean rooms but not so good experience.

Decent, but probably wouldn't go back When we checked into our room, there were 3 light bulbs that weren't working and the TV connections (there is a panel to hook up your own devices and the connections on the TV in the first room was blocked off) did not work - we brought our Google TV device so we could watch our shows. The guy at the front was helpful and moved us to a room right across the hall with a newer, functioning TV and working lights; very convenient. We had to hurry to get ready for our dinner reservation so it wasn't until later that night when we got back that we noticed the issues with our second room. The fridge had a strong food smell (not a huge deal since it was just keeping bottled drinks) and the bathroom had a sewage smell, like sewage gasses we coming back up the drain or something. This was just a 1-night stay (staycation for our anniversary), so by the time we noticed it, we were already settled in and just kept the bathroom door closed. When we checked out, I mentioned the sewage smell and got a very underwhelming response like, "Oh, okay." The complete lack of concern by the staff at checkout was quite disappointing. The bed also was not really comfortable, so my wife and I didn't sleep that well. But everything else was fine.
