Not what it used to be. The room was clean, and breakfast was decent, but many things did not work right. The shower in my room dripped continuously. The house phone never worked. The TV didn’t work the first day. The wifi only worked when I sat near the window, and never well. The pool was open but the hot water spa was closed. I had to get my keys recharged three times (a problem that the clerk was completely familiar with). It definitely seems like the management has been cutting corners. I used to stay here regularly but never again.

Terrible Hotel Do not stay at this hotel. First of all, it does not look like the picture at all. It was run down. We figured we could overcome this. We walked in the room and the girls feet automatically turned black from the carpet. The next morning we go to eat and there are no plates. The sausage was half burnt, half not cooked. The one person working the buffet couldn’t keep up the entire time we were there. The next day, I found out they had charged us twice. When we checked in I told them we reserved on a third party site. Could I change the card? They said sure. Apparently, that was something they couldn’t do. We ended up having to fight to get one of them cancelled. The pool was absolutely filthy and my kids wouldn’t go in it. One day we needed extra towels and shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. We called and they didn’t come. We called again and they didn’t come. I eventually had to call corporate to get all of this and it took an hour and a half. This was the worst experience we have had in a hotel in years.

Horrible maintenance, dirty facility Given a room with a door without wearherstripping. Asked to change rooms (it was snowing outside) and told nothing else available. I could literally see outdoors through the door frame. During check-out, i reserved a room for later in week. It got worse! See next review.
