Went downhill fast Used to be a decent hotel but not anymore. Booked 2 queen, 1st floor, pool access. Got 2 full 2nd floor furthest from pool. Door knob was broken by someone while we were at supper. Took them over 30 minutes to get someone to look at it so we figured it out ourselves. Complained to front desk and was told they were fully booked so they changed our room to full beds. Then they said current rate is $250 and I paid $109 so the only thing they could do was refund me and check out. Room was musty. Floor felt sticky. Booked for 4 people and only given 2 towels plus a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. Poor customer service. Will never be back and don’t recommend to anyone.

Not clean! We got to our room and saw that the bedding looked to have pee stains on it. We went and got new bedding. The lady at the desk said they got new staff and are finding out the good and the bad ones. We had a room a week later on the way back from our vacation and the same thing happened but the bathtub was full of black hairs, the sink was not cleaned at all. The floors looked dirty and the sheets had a pee stain on them. I also found a candy bar wrapper. I called and she switched us rooms and gave me the same line that they are finding the good ones in their staff because they hired a bunch of new people. New room had hairs all in the tub and bathroom floor even with a new cleaner for that room. They do not clean their rooms thoroughly!

Not clean The staff member at the front desk was very kind. I do not think my room was cleaned appropriately. There was a stain on the comforter, a large stain on the fitted sheet, and hair covering the shower drain. (I know the hair was not mine because it was dark brown/black and my hair is bright orange.)

Do not stay here This is hands down the grossest hotel I've stayed in as an adult. While the beds were comfortable (astonishingly comfortable, given the rest of the experience) the carpet is so filthy I couldn't take off my shoes at any time. Frankly, to call it filthy is a disservice to filth. The toilet was unflushed when we arrive in the room, and the previous guest's towel was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. We chose this hotel while on the road because we had miscalculated our drive time. I thought, "You can't go wrong with Ramada." I thought wrong.
