Dissatisfied Stayed as part of birthday celebration for one night only. Not able to get rooms near each other so wandered around sprawling complex. It was very hot so had to run AC continuously and it was so
Noisy neither of us could sleep so finally just shut it off. Mini fridge didn’t chill well. Public spaces needed maintenance as trim woodwork was missing on stairs. Overall it felt like a Motel 6 experience at a Best Western price. Unlikely to stay again.

A Pleasant Surprise The common areas were nice and clean. The restaurant, coffee bar, and complimentary breakfast were very convenient and tasty. We noticed several of the locks were not working on key entries and the window in my 1st floor room did not lock and I was offered a room switch.

Nice stay for a night The hotel was clean, location was great and the staff friendly. Lots of parking. Loved that it was original, the kids loved the pool. Nice that there was a patio to sit and watch them.
Would give it a 5 if the mattress hadn’t been in terrible shape. Desperately need to update the mattresses.

Pleasant and Relaxing Attended a professional conference. The room was very nice, the staff accommodating and the convention venues well run. There was ample parking. The Inn is located where there are other conveniences very close by. This was my second experience here, and the first one was equally satisfying.

Very Comfortable I got the room for my daughter who was staying in town for my mother's funeral. The room was super nice, very clean and we loved the little in-room wet-bar area. It was perfect for gathering the rest of the family who live out of state, and who also stayed at the Heritage.
