great rooms, not so great breakfast Nice motel, friendly helpful staff, liked the large room. Very clean and neat. the only thing I didn't like was the continental breakfast. I was not expecting a hot breakfast since Covid, but I would have liked a lot more variety of cold breakfast foods. I didn't see any yogurt except kids packages of gogurt. Not exactly what I was expecting. Very little fruit, not a lot of variety of pastries. The blueberry muffin bread, I guess, was stale and hard, there was bread for toast and like one donut. I heard other people complaining as well. I have had good and bad breakfasts since the pandemic, but I think a classy motel could up it's game on the breakfast.

Friendly Staff and Cozy Room Every staff member was lovely and very accommodating. I stayed here during a cross country move and had to extend my stay multiple times. Every time, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed in the suite with the jetted tub and really enjoyed the room. It was very cozy and felt like a little apartment. There was a pretty view with mountains in the distance out my window. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean and spacious Our room was clean and spacious. In. addition to a king size bed, our room has a nice sitting area with comfy chair, sofa, and desk area (on which I am typing this review). Television and two sinks for the bath. Reception folks were very kind and helpful. The lobby has a small mini-mart assortment of snacks and various items that could be helpful for travel if you missed packing something (toothpaste, etc.). A very modest Continental breakfast is served starting at 6am.

Really clean and staff are really great We stay here every time we come to Great Falls. The place is really clean, as in it smells clean in every space. The beds are comfortable and my normally tricky back is not sore in the morning. And the staff - genuinely kind and helpful, and from what I saw this morning, extremely patient. I watched a very angry man yell at the kind woman at the front desk, because she asked him to take his shoes off of the dining tables in the breakfast area, where he was walking around barefoot. She was firm, polite and very professional in the face of a childish man dropping f-bombs on her, pouting and throwing a tantrum because he was asked to take his shoes off of the dining tables. This place is run well, and has been each time I have stayed here over many years. I am coming back! Oh! And free shuttle to and from airport?!? What is not to love.

OK Hotel, Breakfast was lacking Overall, this was an OK hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was clean. The pet fee was OK at $25 a pet. We were traveling with three pets though so it hurt a little. The lady at the desk was kind enough to give us a $5 discount per pet though. The breakfast was very limited and not that great IMO.
