A great choice. The staff is amazing, from Kevin and Maddy at the front desk to Rich handling anything engineering related…and also very appreciative of the manager, Brian, helping us with some atypical accommodations. Clearly the team is great, but the location is also awesome, just across from the train station, and surrounded by Great Neck’s restaurants and shops! A great choice!

No second Chance and will not return. Checked in my hotel on Aug 01 for a night stay with Family members, room are clean But no refrigerator, has to request during the check in time at the front desk, my bigger nightmare is the room has a door that connect to next door room, and the big problems is during my stay a night for a sleep, it's was 2:45 am to 4:45 am, the next door room make a lots of noise and Constance in & out, and make me and my family sleepless . I had to make a complain to front desk in the morning during my check out. Next time make sure you check the room is connect door with and it's better off room with no connected door to next room, as for me I put 2 star because of the room is a total nightmare for me. SLEEPLESS !! No, I will no return.

Good for a brief stay The pluses: a minute away from the LIRR which gets you to Manhattan and Queens in 35 minutes, center of Great Neck so lots of restaurants and every day needs can be taken care of, 5-10 minutes from LIJ and Northwell campuses, rooms are clean and bed are comfortable; staff is friendly and helpful Things to improve: They know the wifi on the 4th floor is bad yet it is not addressed (please fix it); breakfast is okay but if you are in downstate NY, get real bagels please; hotel is a little run down; bathrooms should have grab bars.

Overpromise, under deliver The rooms smelled terrible. We had 5 rooms and all of them smelled. “Breakfast” is a joke and one one of the days we stayed, there was an issue with the hot water, very noisy outside the rooms, I would discourage from using this hotel.

Worst hotel need to rennovate the whole hotel . the ac is broken, the tv doesn't work. Bathroom has lock broken , cabinet is broken.
