AVOID. Dirty, unsafe, rundown Based on reviews, I requested to see the room. No. The furniture looked dirty and the pull out sleeper sofa was torn at the edges, didn't fit,the room had a bad odor, the elevator made an uncomfortable sound both directions with missed button, no cover on mercury type hallway thermostat, there were padlocks on the emoyee only service rooms, the ice machine had water leaking. The clerk was pleasant. We returned the key and declined to stay. Now we are on hold for 5 minutes at this time waiting for a refund on prepay. Avoid this hotel. There are always choices and this is not a good Choice Hotel. I might add I didn't feel safe in this establishment.

STAY AWAY! This was a ZERO star experience. I understand these are budLget hotels, BUT, this was one of the worst I’ve stayed in. It is now a Quality Inn. When we checked in, the desk clerk didn’t know where the parking was, didn’t know the hours for breakfast, and gave us keys that didn’t work. The lobby and pool area looked clean, but our room was horrible. The carpet was damp, and the room smelled like musty dog. Couldn’t get the desk light and plugs to work until we realized the hall light needeld to be on for there to be power to the desk area. The coffee maker was filled with moldy old water that leaked out when we plugged it in. We requested that our room be cleaned when we went out, and it never was. When we complained, the manager blamed Covid and that the staff didn’t speak English. There was peeling wallpaper all over and dust bunnies in the corners of the bathroom. Totally GROSS! The rooms need a major overhaul.

Just horrible! This location is now the Quality Inn or should I say POOR Quality Inn! I booked this for 2 nights bc they are pet friendly and I had one of my dogs with me for a retriever event. When I pulled into the busted up parking lot with dead grass and trees I already knew it was going to be awful but it was late and I had been on the road too long. As I pulled into a parking space and see cats, statues and house plants in the windows I knew this was going to be another welfare hotel. The pillars out front were all cracked and the building appears in disrepair. there was an immediate odor of urine when I walked through the doors and a puddle on the floor with a wet floor sign that stayed there for 2 days. It was not pool water it was another dogs urine puddle as my dog very interested in it. I went up to check the room before checking in because I've wound up in some really disgusting places. The smell of marijuana fills the halls. the carpets are dirty and everything is dated. My bathroom door looks like it came from a salvage yard. it had holes that were filled and sanded. cracks in the walls etc but at least the bed was clean. The next day I noticed the desk was filthy and crusted with old food. The couch is filthy and stained. My bathroom sink had no handle to raise/lower the drain plug so it just filled every time I ran the water. I jammed a plastic spoon in it to keep it open. Around 6 pm someone intermittently kept pounding on a door down the hall and yelling for an hour. I finally called the front desk. The phone in my room has no cord to the ear/mouth piece but it was plugged in and rang at 5 AM. When I got up to walk my dog in the bare muddy trash filled courtyard it was also littered with dog feces that people did not pick up. really gross! Will never be back.

Did not feel safe I’m not usually picky about hotels, especially if it’s just a place to sleep. I got burned because I didn’t check reviews before staying here. The location is great and the staff are friendly, but those are the only good things I can say. You can tell that at one time this was probably a nice hotel, but it’s not now. Pool was cloudy and gross, the ceiling over the ice maker had caved in and not cleaned up, room was in need of some serious TLC. Broken lamps, poorly sealed window, floor in the shower was “squishy” and indicated water damage, hot and cold water faucet was opposite of what it should be - hot on the cold side. Keys stopped working at random times. Be warned that there are train tracks close by and at least 2 trains a night come through. Very loud. The worst part was that I did not feel safe parking my car behind the hotel. Most hotels lock the doors during certain hours and require a key to get in. Not here - anyone can walk in at any time. There are far better options - do not stay here.

Looks good from the lobby, that's it Liked · convenient to downtown, front desk staff were nice. Disliked the rest · Appeared to be drug deals going on in parking lot upon arrival in the back parking lot. Top floor room had speakers in window blaring NWA F the police upon arrival with another vehicle with its occupants sitting below "discussing" politics with high locals. Was awaken during the night at 3am to loud knocking and yelling at adjoining rooms from what appeared to be long term stays or people coming from outside since stairwells are all open to anyone since the doors do not lock. A patron tried to get the person to be quiet and leave, it worked, but man was back in an hour. Lots of trash bags in stairwells. Upon leaving the back stairwell, drugged out people out back. Breakfast space looked like an original convention hall, converted with tables and booths to seat for breakfast. Had to give room number to eat, assumed to curb locals discussed above from free meals. Staff mostly sat around, area needed some cleaning. Food was ok, typical hotel breakfast food, waffles, eggs, sausage.
