Worst Customer Experience It took until after 11:30pm for our room to finally be ready for us - which is absolutely unacceptable. When we finally did get into our room it smelled very heavily of chlorine/bleach.

Beautiful property, dated rooms Hotel is beautiful, rooms were nice but our room had a squeaky fan when we turn the ac on. It was squeaking all night and pretty tough to sleep with. We didn't turn the ac off because it was over 80 degrees outside and didn't want to sweat all night.

Nice big hotel Nice hotel. Very clean ans spacious. I loved the layout. However it was quite the walk from our room to the reception area where my daughter's wedding took place

Poor customer service at check in Check in was an utter disaster. When we arrived at 1530 was told our room would be ready at 1600. At 1600 we were told maybe another 45 mins to an hour and that we should have been put a queue at 1530. , but we were not. 1650 and still waiting. Staff is inattentive.
