Clean, friendly but would love to get more information about their amenities from the staff The hotel staff was friendly and accommodated our request for an early check-in, for which I am very grateful. My room was clean, though finding my tower was a bit confusing. I didn't have a chance to use any of the facilities or the casino. Unfortunately, we were unaware that the hotel offers a buffet breakfast. It would be helpful if the hotel provided guests with welcome letters containing information about their facilities and amenities.

Lovely Stay! We stayed here for two nights. Friendly staff. Lots of restaurant options. Nice pool/whirlpool area which we used both days. Room was great. Comfortable beds and pillows. Room was spacious. It was a nice, relaxing, romantic stay. Close Lyft rides to breweries and the Titletown District/Lambeau Field area. We were able to take a short ride to those places and could relax without having to worry about driving back. Casino was nice. Lots of slot and bingo options. It was non-smoking so it was much more enjoyable. Only complaint (if you can call it that) would be that they should have more sports options on their TV’s in the Sportsbook. No MLS (Apple TV Package) was disappointing being a soccer fan. And it seemed like it was the same games for baseball just on multiple TV’s. Otherwise a nice casino experience. We enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back…….

Gracious old with the new Fantastic hotel. It’s reinvigorated and totally modernized in the rooms, and the lobby and restaurant are stately and grand. Wonderful man and very helpful. Our room had two TVs, one in sitting room and other in bedroom area. We enjoyed the ambiance.

Visiting Onieda Casino and used their hotel. We stayed at this hotel because it was attached to the Casino. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities ( pool, fitness, hot tub,) were very clean. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator was one of the fastest I have ever been on. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

New Ownership This hotel is now owned by the Oneida Casino and Resort. The Radisson name is gone. The rates have gone way down now that the casino owns the property. Basically, everything is improved. Better restaurants, same nice rooms and most importantly it is now MUCH more affordable.
