Daylight robbery $480 for a room. Extortion. This hotel is worth no more than $300 for a Saturday night. It’s a 3 star, at best, and should be priced accordingly. Room was ok, but carpet was not clean. Breakfast was very poor. Staff at reception were pleasant, and apologized for the ridiculous cost!

Too expensive for an out dated Hilton As a Diamond member, I am extremely disappointed with this particular hotel. Hilton corporate office, you need to take a good look at this hotel and do some well needed upgrades. We spent three nights, Fri 7th - Mon 10th of July. Those three nights cost us over $900 (I used my points and paid just over $220 for difference) Now the issue is not paying that amount, the issue is paying that amount to stay in a sub-par hotel. Allow me to explain - first off, the staff were very friendly and courteous (counts for 1 star) and the location is very convenient (counts for the second star), restaurant, convenience store and friendlys all within walking distance. Now here’s the problem, I believe you should get what you paid for and this hotel, at that price, was definitely not worth it! The hotel is old, the towels are stiff and not fluffy anymore, the sheets didn’t smell too good, the pillows were yellow, the lamp shades in the room were stained, everything was dusty, the curtains are falling apart, (not to mention, I had to hook the side curtains back up myself as they were falling down) the wall paper is lifting off the walls, the air conditioner in the hallway rattled all night and didn’t work because the hallway was warm, the hairdryer attachment is on the wall but the hairdryer is in a pouch under the sink and the furniture was delaminating. Not cozy at all. The breakfast was okay, however, during our entire stay, the waffle maker wasn’t working and when we asked why, we were told the switch doesn’t work. You mean there’s only one waffle maker in the hotel? Not at all happy with this particular location. What a waste of member points!

Not handicap friendly. When we arrived we were told there were no handicap rooms available. The lobby toilet and in room toilet could not be used by my mother as they were too low to get up off of. The hotel said they could do nothing to help. We had to go buy a toilet seat to put into her toilet at our own expense. It was a graduation weekend and no rooms available anywhere. I never been so shocked as being told there was nothing they could do to reminding the situation. This hotel is not good for handicap individuals.

Quick weekend stay This is one of the only hotel options in the area and is a great one. The staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, are all extremely nice and helpful, all areas of the hotel are clean, and the location was perfect for our needs. This is a standard Hampton Inn with free breakfast in the morning (with the nicest ladies staffing it), a pool (perfect for the kids after a dance competition, but max 4 ft), comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. The hotel shares a parking lot with a 99 and is across the street from a grocery store, gas station, McDonald’s, and friendlys. It is close to the highway and we would definitely stay here again if we end up in the area. Thank you!

Don’t pay more than $100 for this hotel… I paid $250 for one night in this hotel. It smelled of must and was lacking staff to take care of basic needs. The hotel is also located in a back alley and is not up to the standards of the Hampton Inn name. I went down to the lobby around 6:00a for coffee as I needed to leave the hotel by 7:00 for an engagement in the area. My coffee was lukewarm, fine it wasn’t fresh. But when I went back up to my room the key didn’t work (seems to be a common theme in this hotel). So went back down to the lobby for assistance. There was no one at the front desk and nothing to alert anyone that you need assistance. I waited a but and no staff around. I saw a crack in the breakfast nook door. I knocked - but the music so loud it was on deaf ears. I then called out “hello” and was met by a cranky man. I let him know I was locked out of my room (key decided not to work, happened to many in my group) and was told I couldn’t be helped because he needed to make breakfast or he’d be “bitched at”. Also stated he wasn’t aware there was an early group needing breakfast and he was by himself (breakfast posted as beginning at 6). I let him know I was on a early time schedule and needed to be able to get back in my room ASAP and was there anyone that could help me. He begrudgingly helped me but stayed “I better not burn the eggs”. While waiting for my key to be fixed another women came down and asked to be checked out. He told her he couldn’t check her out because he was the only one there and needed to prepare breakfast. Needless to say she was not happy. How can a hotel that charged $250 for a night not have front desk staff and someone to prepare breakfast?! Also the remote did not work in our room and the hotel itself was not the cleanest. Do not pay more than $80 - $100 to stay at this location. Not up to Hampton Inn standards. And $80 - $100 a night pushing it!
