Dirtiest hotel! Worst hotel ever! Very disrespectful staff and very dirty. Any accommodations will not be met. Pool has mold! The sheets were extremely dirty. Had to wait for towels. Whoever is in laundry is extremely slow. There are bugs there so if you don’t want to be bit up I wouldn’t recommend going to this hotel!

Good meeting and accommodations at DoubleTree My group selected the DoubleTree in Greensboro for our quarterly meeting. Close to restaurants and shopping. My room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet despite being located near the interstate. The meeting space suited our needs. The staff provided good customer service.

Amazing Stay Had an amazing stay here! First and foremost the staff is very friendly. Huge shout out to the housekeepers Aaliya,Tara,Dailey and Jassi! Every morning I had great conversation with them, they recommended places for us to see and do and made casual talk to make us feel welcomed! They truly are the heart of the hotel as I didnt feel rushed and made me and my daughter feel at home. Second, you have to visit the bar and talk with Greg! Tell him what you like and he will whip you up a drink in no time. The conversation with him was great. He also recommended us things to do while we were in town. Great man! The beds are comfy, we got a great nights sleep. My only complaint, you cant buy the shampoo and conditioner set. That stuff did wonders to my hair! Until next time... thank you all for a great visit to North Carolina :)

Absolutely one of the worst places to stay, period! From the cold shower to lost packages No hot water for a shower, employee signed for my package but lost it. Outdated lobby and overall a poor stay. Carts to carry luggage outdated, elevators out of order, shower soap gel dispenser broken, unclean and NASTY! I DO NOT recommend staying here!

Clean room but whoah! Room was nice and bed was comfortable but walking in to the place you just feel like you have made a huge mistake! Restaurant staff was outside smoking …. Instead of tending to their job. Needs massive remodel .. won’t stay there again.
