Excellent staff I recently spent four nights at the Doubletree Greensboro Airport to play in a men's tournament. I want to state right away that the front desk staff was amazing no matter who I delta with. Terry, Tatum and the night staff (apology for losing their names) were always willing to answer my questions and to solve any problem I had. I was a constant business traveler before I retired and I have stayed over a thousand nights in hotels. It was a pleasure dealing with these individuals . The hotel itself was convenient to Greensboro and Winston-Salem. The room was big and roomy. Parking was always easy. Breakfast choices were limited but service and the cooking were excellent. It was nice to have a great place to stay in my travels.

Newly Renovated Doubletree Hilton Hotel with focus on customer service and customer satisfaction This Hilton Doubletree property, newly renovated with its focus on customers is a rare find in the competitive hotel industry serving Interstate travelers. The General Manager and his selected staff are superb in creating a culture of excellence in serving the weary interstate traveler. This is a property worth overnighting! Highly recommend their reception cookies and water, on property restaurant and bar, free coffee in the morning, the renovated rooms, and most recently their pool. Everyone on the hotel staff has smiles and are willing to go the extra mile for its guests. I rate their efforts to please it’s visitors as truly exceptional!

Excellent Overall Experience! Excellent service! Shout out to Cherish, Josh, Christian, Glen Terry, Lily and Omarri!!!! They were all friendly, and willing to help with anything we needed during our stay! They made our stay a wonderful experience. The food in the restaurant was also top notch. Good variety and they use lots of fresh, local ingredients. The bar offered local brews which was great. Rooms were super clean. The overall experience was 10/10 and we would happily stay here again.

Had a very nice stay at this newly renovated Doubltree I travel every week to Greensboro for work. I usually stay at some other Hilton properties near the airport. I’ve had no problems at the other hotels but decided to try this Doubletree as it was actually the lowest price of them all… by a fair amount. I knew it was being renovated and apparently they fully opened in April. It was a very nice stay, especially the staff. Super helpful and friendly. I am a diamond member so I did get a $15 voucher per day for food. The restaurant breakfast was very good as was the service. The hotel was pretty empty. Maybe because people don’t know it’s open. The only thing I found a little inconvenient was the small size of the bathroom… mainly the very limited counter space for my bathroom supplies. Overall very impressed and great value for the price… I paid $130 per night vs others at $160/night. They also did not have a business center. The staff did print me what I needed. Overall very impressed. I’ve booked here again for next week.

Home of Hopistality Feels like home. Terry, Kaitlyn, Cates, Mike, Lily, Elijah, Mallory, Hanah, Cody ( the Chef) and the entire family at the Hilton Double Tree Airport explify hospitality. I'm met with glad tidings when I depart in the morning and when I return. I've always got a spot at the bar to eat Chef Cody's "Made with Love" recipes and Cates & Lilly are there ready to whip up any cocktail I can imagine. I can forget about life & work for awhile while I'm there. It's truly worth the stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the building staff is in the process of updating to bring this hotel up to modern standards. Hotels like this are the main reason why I choose the Hilton brands of hotels when I'm abroad.
