Affordable Suites Greenville

Please Go to Affordable Suites While Traveling This hotel was the best one I have stayed at. It was clean, spacious, comfortable. The location was great. No heavy traffic despite being located in a subdivision. The staff was exceptional! Made accommodations for me, and went out of the way to do so. No wonder this hotel is in high demand!

False Advertising When you look at this hotel on different sites before a room, they make the rooms look great. There are major problems at this hotel, from mold infested rooms, carpets that have set in urine stains from animals and oversized eye inserts that have your pots and grease leaning forward to one side. In the past I wrote a good review but new evidence has come about to suggest otherwise. I also have photos to support my experience at Affordable Suites of America in Greenville NC 101 Dansey Road. Management is terrible and no matter how much you complain about your room conditions, they are overlooked. Eventually you will be asked to leave because you are causing problems, especially if you make a call to Corporate's Office complaining about current room conditions or Managements utter failure to fix and properly address your concern. I strongly advise all traveling nurses to avoid this hotel on booking sites at all costs and if you show up in person, ask to see room before you book it.

Home away from home I stayed at this location for 3 months while travel nursing. I work the night shift and would sleep during the day. I never had an issue with being woken up due to noise. This place is not a hotel room but more like a one-bedroom apartment. The bedroom and bathroom are separate from the kitchen and living space. I have seen other extended stay places that have the sleeping area, living area, and kitchen all in one area. My unit had a full-size 4-burner stove, a full-size refrigerator, and a large sink. Water pressure was great too! The manager, Donna, is amazing and super friendly, yet professional. She definitely does not put up with any kind of foolishness. The rooms are clean and bug-free. There is an onsite laundry facility available as well. If you need a place to stay while in Greenville, definitely consider Affordable Suites of America!

Disappointing Place We were happy with the size of the suite and initial cleanliness. However, things were sticky in the kitchen area, especially the stove. We were also grateful that they accept pets. However, at check in, we were told that our room would be cleaned once a week…no cleaning was done. We asked for clean towels and were told to put our used towels outside the door and they would be replaced with clean ones. We are still without towels after six hours! The manager was quite unfriendly and didn’t seem to realize that we had already been there for 10 days. There was a sickly smell near the sofa area. I would not recommend this facility.

Excellent long term stay My experience was and still is very pleasant. The staff is very thoughtful and kind and they will go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The manager doesn't put up with foolishness'. She is very direct in setting the ground rules upon your arrival in an effort in accommodating your stay, as well as others. The rooms are clean and bug free. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, trouble free environment
