always have great stay always met with friendly staff and heather cleans my room always i stay here alot walter the manager goes above and beyond to satisfiy all my needs i prefer here to others my bed is comfy clean and so is my shower anything i need is brought to me in a speedy fashon

Rodeway is Dangerous!< Oh man, be very careful. The Rodeway used to be a great place on a budget. I used to stay there any time my work took me to New London. Last time I stayed the a few weeks ago, I got a room around the corner from the office and oh my God there were literally drug dens to each side of me and above me operating with impunity. NO ONE GAVE A CRAP! I said something to the girl at the fron5 desk and she rolled her etes.So stay away, that place is dangerous!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT STAY HERE. Booked this dump through Expedia, looking for a place to rest my head and was immediately disgusted with the quality of this motel. We arrived to our room and there was hair all over the toilet, ice cream left in the freezer and so much more. BUT, the best is yet to come!!! The bed was soiled with blood, urine and pubic hair! I immediately went to the office to explain my concerns and they were not consoling and said I had to go through a third party for refund. I did that and Expedia said they contacted the property to which they denied my refund. Don’t worry… karma is a dish best served cold. I contacted some organizations on this property as it was foul, disgusting and wrong. DO NOT STAY HERE.

unprofessional The pictures on their website do them justice! Because when walking in the front lobby was disgusting!!! The smell of marijuana hit me and my kids in the face! my kids sunk right into the lobby couch. air conditioner sounded terrible this place looks nothing like the pictures. I waited 10 minutes for someone who worked there to actually show up. A housekeeper had to go find the front desk receptionist. At this point i wasn’t to happy. horrible but i mean horrible horrible costumer service when being check in nasty attitudes no eye contact at all this guy was so unprofessional and claimed to be the “ manager “ . thank god for a clean spacious room only complaint we had was No coffee set up and back window curtains were ripped overall our stay in our room was great!

Appalling conditions Absolutely appalling conditions. Almost vomited in room it was so bad. Please do not stay here and go somewhere else. They hand you a can of Lysol when you complain, no joke. If you’re a non smoker, trust me when I say ALL of the rooms in this dump have been smoked in.
