Wonderful hotel! Excellent hotel. Clean, very friendly staff! Several were very patient with my early Spanish speaking and happy to help me continue to learn. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had authentic and familiar foods. The pool was relaxing and service was wonderful!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds, great room service, very helpful and kind staff, and an absolutely gorgeous hotel! The location is great, with lots of food options in the mall below the hotel and in the mall across from it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Great Stay At Tikal Futura Hotel-Guatemal Amazing Experience, and professional service, location and access are great. We stay on this hotel because has great accommodations, the food and restaurant are (5) Five stars all the time, and the pool and spa facilites are a top notch, if you have time have a massage at the spa, with sound its awesome.

Excellent hotel experience in Guatemala City Very nice, modern hotel in Guatemala City. Excellent staff and service - very helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was amazing. No problems with the wifi. One small glitch, on arrival. I had arranged (through the hotel) for taxi service from the airport to the hotel, as I was arriving late at night. There was some confusion as to the meeting spot for the driver and it took quite a while (and a phone call to the hotel) to sort it out. If you arrange for this service, just remember to ensure that both you and the driver are on the same page regarding meet up spot. (I was at the correct location, in front of Cafe Bareto. The driver was not.) Despite this...I would most definitely stay here again.

Job trip Overall it’s a great hotel, this time the staff at Hibiscus restaurant were not that attentive, and one of the lady waiters was even rude, first time it happened, hope this helps.
