West Sonoma Inn & Spa

Great location….decent hotel. Recently stayed for 4 nights while in the area for a wedding. The front desk personnel were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. We got suggestions on restaurants to try and directions how to walk there….very friendly. The rooms were clean and well decorated however they were lacking hooks, no bathroom hooks or door hooks so nowhere to hang anything except the closet which had minimal hangers. The pool was decent. The grounds were very unkempt however. No outside trash cans anywhere either which is odd. Parking was good, not a ton of spaces but easy to use. I would stay there again because it’s very conveniently located and staff was super friendly. The inside of the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Delightful in all ways! Superb hotel, the room is modern, comfortable, clean, thoughtfully furnished with everything one could ask for. Superbly quiet, with lovely view over vineyards and redwood forest. Wonderfully convenient with ability to walk to all restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. Wonderful service, as well!

Wonderful experience!! I just had a fabulous full body massage from Jyoti Germain at the West Sonoma Inn & Spa at 14100 Brookside Ln in Guerneville. My first time ever getting a professional massage. It was absolutely heaven. The massage felt totally professional. I was comfortable at all times. Afterwards, all of the tension in my body had disappeared. I would highly recommend it. I have severe back, muscle and joint pain. She focused exactly where I requested in a lovely setting. Speaking of settings... the views from the spa is spectacular! Such a peaceful and zen environment. felt so refreshed and my body was rejuvenated after the massage. I will definitely be going back

Great Place to Stay!! Amazing views. Spacious comfortable newly remodeled room. Best quality bedding that I have experienced compared to other hotels. Lobby is gorgeous, plenty of parking, great service and walking distance to downtown yet very quiet nestled among redwood trees. Great place to relax and close to some fine wineries in the area. Defined will go again __

Awful experience, wasted 4 hours because of the deceitful owner. I should have believed the bad reviews. I booked and paid for 1 night through Hotels.com. One of the reasons I chose them was because they are dog friendly. I have a service dog. When I messaged to let him know about the service dog, he said that my request for a room couldn't be honored because it's a 2 night minimum. Another reviewer had the exact same experience regarding a service dog. Hotels.com says I can't cancel, he says I have no confirmation number. Hours in chats with hotels.com. This jerk doesn't seem to understand that a booking isn't an inquiry, it's a booking. He's the one that advertised the rate as a 1-night on their website. Then he said in an email via the Hotels.com platform that he cancelled it and then Hotels.com says I can't cancel without a penalty. So looks like I'm paying for a night that the hotel won't let me stay for. It's like $350. I've already spend 3 hours on this and can't do anymore.
