Not Service Dog Friendly The rooms were nice, only problem of this hotel the lunch lady at Breakfast time is very hateful to guys with a Service dog! Very hateful and mean to me plus she told me I cannot make waffles because I would break the waffle maker. So do not go if you have a service dog because they might throw you out! Would not go back again because this was not right!!!

One night and done! My room was somewhat clean but I did not have any toilet paper, so I went to the front desk to ask for some; they apologized and gave me two rolls. The shower was a little outdated but functional. I did see a roach in the bathroom which was a little concerning ; luckily I had toilet paper to send it on its way. I did not participate in the free breakfast so I can’t comment on that issue. I will not be staying here for awhile. Sincerely, Valerie, Maggie Valley, NC

Good stay, great price Overall 5/5 Value 5/5 Wifi 4/5 Pros: outstanding at the price. The room was clean, the water was piping hot, the refrigerator was cold, AC worked properly, everything was as it should be. Desk in room, desk chair was comfortable. Check-in lady was friendly. Location is good, easy to find, with plenty of parking. Cons: wifi was a little slow in room 133, and the motel was less than half full. The clock radio showed a time that was not correct and could not be changed. Toilet handle had to be held down until the toilet finished flushing. Breakfast was a little sparse. The motel is under the landing pattern for the local airport, but the planes are small and not overly noisy. The room was renovated within the last several years, as the furnishings look newish, but if you look closely there are a few scuff marks on the furniture and the walls, and the carpet is somewhat stained. This gives the room an aged appearance. It's not worth renovating again, but it gives the room the odd quality of feeling both new and old at the same time. The AC unit had a sign on it that said it was controlled by a wall thermostat. The wall thermostat was dead. It took me a while to check the AC unit and discover that the controls on the unit worked and were how you adjusted the unit.

Great Stay, Clean Room The hotel was very nice. The outside makes it seem very plain and like someone else said in a review, the outside staircase is super dirty and could use a deep cleaning but our stay was great! The room was clean and had that freshly cleaned smell as soon as you walked in. The breakfast was delicious and hot options. The television had a good amount of channels, which is cool. Some hotels you only get a couple of channels. And the 12pm check out is amazing! It gives you so much extra time to get packed up and out the door.

CUSTOMER SERVICE I called after midnight to get info about possibly reserving a room, and the the clerk that was on duty, whose name was Steven, was an EXCEPTIONAL front desk clerk!! His customer service was great!! I had several questions and he listened intently and answered thoroughly... all to often some hotel desk clerks are rude, but he was a breath of fresh air. Thank You Sir!! Job Very Well Done __
