Wonderful stay with a beautiful view of the beach We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed our time at the pool and beach. Our room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to exchange towels at the front desk during our stay. They are still understaffed and not having full housekeeping yet. The coffee shop also has limited hours and was closed 2 days, but Boozers coffee was not easy 5 minute walk in the morning.

Disappointing We've been regulars at this hotel over the last 7 years. During my daughters wedding at Beauvoir all of our out of town guests ... 90 people ... stayed at Courtyard. Our Easter visit cost us 20,000 reward points. It was a disaster. The staff is on skeleton crew. I knew something was awry when we walked into room 327. The beds looked like they had already been slept in ... soiled pillow linen and the sheets just pulled up. A barking dog in a room near us. People putting take out food trash in the hall that the dog got into ... food in the carpet. Only one elevator working. Smokers (nicotine and weed) in the stair tower I was forced to use on a cane. Coffee but no cups. No more bottled water. There isn't a security guard at night. We were there for 6 hours. We're old and had traveled a distance. Exhausted. Took a 4 nap and a shower and left. My daughter and her husband are in the hospitality industry on the coast. Courtyard Gulfport has fallen victim to the covid pandemic. It's sad.

Totally Disappointed not Courtyard Standards Apparently if your property has a view of the beach you don’t think you need to do anything else for your guests. Arrived at 2:00 pm for a 3:00 pm checkin. Advised nothing was available yet so we said we would sit in the (spacious and nice) lobby area and wait. Asked again at 3:00, still no room, they “forgot” we were waiting. Finally got a room at 3:30 after complaining. Only one of two room keys worked. No bath mat for the shower. Lukewarm shower, never really hot water. No cups for the coffee maker. No luggage rack to put a suitcase on. Minimal toiletries (conditioning shampoo only, no shampoo and conditioner and no lotion). Can’t even guess when the last time they vacuumed the stairs might have been (and we were taking the stairs because one elevator was down and the other one wasn’t working too well). Sidewalk to the parking lot full of oak leaves were never swept in three days we were there (rolling roller bags through crunched up leaves). Will look elsewhere next time we come to town. Have stayed in many Courtyards and this one did not measure up.

Not much good Our reservation that I made 2 months prior to our visit was mixed up, so we ended up in a handicap accessible room that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It was dusty and musty smelling but we were told there was nothing available- at 5pm on a Tuesday! We are rewards members and this was the worst Courtyard we have been to. It is in a good location across from the beach, but otherwise stay away.

Great Hotel! Perfect Location by the Beach! Great part of town, close to everything! Shaggy’s Seafood Restaurant is walking distance, and it had great food! We drove to see the Friendship Tree, the Port area, Jones Park, Fishbone Alley and all were really close to the hotel. We also drove towards Biloxi just to enjoy the beach along the way! Beautiful lobby, clean, comfortable rooms. Really nice stay!
