The dirty party place We called an hour before arriving at 11p. There were no carts and no one offered to assist us carry any of the 4 bags while holding a sleeping toddler and 6 year old. They also did not give us sheets for the rollout bed that we told them we’d be using and they had no pillows we could use. The next morning we found used soap and shampoo in our shower. When we asked for it to be cleaned we got explained how the discoloration comes from the water...? Another customer complained of dirty towels and were upgraded a different room. Housekeeping and kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was surprisingly not hospitable and bad problem solvers. The place has become run down. Broken doors and lights out, pool uncleanly and chairs in main lobby stained and dirty from use. When we asked about why the pool was so filthy and murky they told us the pool didn’t open for another 2 hours. There were no signs giving pool times and no lock on the gate. The lock to the pool was left unlocked for several days after a party was had on a Sunday night where cars of men showed up and started drinking to the point of falling down. Us and another family talked about how it worried us to have children around that kind of atmosphere and had to take our kids away. We were told they are allowed to do that. After talking to staff, it sounds like this is what to expect. And when the manager finally was on site, she said this was the standard for Marriott.

Amazing customer service and hotel! As an Active duty service member that had just moved from California and looking to buy a home during this crazy market, I found myself hotel hopping and spending a lot of money. Marriott Residence inn was the fourth hotel I had stayed at, and by far the best! My closing date on my house took two extra weeks, but thankfully staying here, made it not as bad. The room provided was amazing. Affordable clean room with a full sized fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The best part of the experience was the friendly staff. Lawrence and Stephanie were awesome, as well as the cleaning staff, maintenance staff, and breakfast staff. True southern hospitality. Thank you so much!

Great Place to Stay We stayed at this location for several days, the staff and housekeeping team were fantastic!! Shout out to Jennifer at the front desk, she was amazing and incredibly helpful. Stephanie was fantastic too. Thank you for making our stay great!!

Front desk/Ms. Jennifer Ms. Jennifer is THE BEST! Her hospitality is great, she is very professional and very knowledgeable about what her customers needs are. Ms. Jennifer has a beautiful soul. Our family forgot to get some items and she went above and beyond to find theses items for us, she made sure that not only my needs were met but that my entire group needs were taken care of. Again my hat goes off to you Ms. Jennifer, the best front desk clerk.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME ..............HAPPY, HELPFUL STAFF, CLEAN, FRESH PLACE TO ENJOY Excellent hotel for a few days or longer stays. Parking lots great,safe and free. Room large and clean with all the fixings. Some evenings there is drinks and snacks provided. A+ BREAKFAST - better than most hotel. Home cooking and variety. A+ Potatoes with peppers was awesome as scrambled eggs with spinach. Sue is wonderful and helpful. Pool outside with tables/chairs. Relaxing. This is one of the best Marriott Residence Inn we have enjoyed. We travel lots for business and pleasure and Marriott Residence Inn's are top choice. Airport is close but never heard engines etc. Thanks for all you do.
