Home Away From Home Whilst my water is being worked on at my house, Extended Stay America in Gurnee, IL has become my home away from home. It will be very difficult to have to leave as coffee is ready in the AM's and it is very comforting to know that there is always someone at the Front Desk for Security. Brian is the Manager and very mindful to make sure that all the Guests' needs are promptly met. His staff are very responsive. Kat and Irma always have a smile and Good Morning.

Wonderful Stay Love the place, long term or short term. Real quiet, real friendly. Really local to a bunch of different entertainment. Brian and his staff and are always on top of things. No need to worry if you’ll have something or not. Kitchen is nice, full size fridge, laundry, spacious rooms. I’d highly recommend a stay if just going out of town, or if the master bedroom is being remodeled for a week or two.

The staff is friendly & accommodating ,the rooms are nice & clean & affordable. Honestly my fav hotel chain to stay at. It's the hotel I always choose. The prices are great, the manager & staff are ALWAYS friendly & accommodating!!!! I told them ONCE that I had a favorite room & now whenever I stay there they always try to give it to me. It's honestly my fav hotel chain to stay at.

4 star hotel Customer service is great and very kind and respectful. It's like your own studio every room comes with a kitchen area and very clean. The stay was very comfortable and not far from all the stores, mall, and six flags

A nice place to stay Overall I’d like to say that the staff there are very kind and helpful particularly Brian Pekala ,Destinee ,Loren and Lupe they always are great with making sure the rooms are clean and making sure I have new towels also I like the fact that they make sure people pick up there dog poop outside .I’m having a very present stay here I would highly recommend
