Fine, but not worth the $. It was fine, you just expect more at this price point. Marked from a 3 to 2 for reason I mention below. Things they can control to be better: told my kid he was tall enough for coyote canyon one day, not tall enough the next. My kids safety is priority 1A. But it’s either safe or it’s not. That kinda thing is hard to explain to a 5 year old. Room was nice, but it was dusty. I get it we were at the end of the hall. Maybe not used every day. But there shouldn’t be dust sitting on the lampshade For the price you pay, they nickel and dime you for everything. If you’re staying at the lodge can you not get a discount on MagiQuest or at the restaurants? Or literally ANY benefit other than the actual park? The attendant at MagiQuest failed to let us know that it wasn’t really age appropriate for kids that aren’t readers yet. Things they can’t control as much but an inconvenience: There needs to be more ventilation The place is rather small for an Indoor water park, there’s not really enough seating, and it’s extremely loud. And the major part for me is that on our last day they were “experiencing a power surge” that put power down for 3 hours. That was our checkout day, but we had just planned to play Magi that morning until leaving. Well we couldn’t play the game due to half of the areas we needed having no power. So essentially we paid an extra $50 for a wand that didn’t really do anything and to play the game that we didn’t really get to play. Like I said, I guess it was fine, but it certainly wasn’t good or good value and we likely won’t return.

Would stay again! Normally I don't write a review, but seeing all the lower reviews, I wanted to give a different perspective. We had a great time! Mind you, this was a Monday-Tuesday in March, so I can see how weekends could be more crowded and frustrating. We have kids who are 16, 14, 13, and 8. First, our check-in at 1pm on Monday was smooth and easy. 5 minutes or less. Our room was ready right away, which was unexpected! Next, the water park was great! #1 reason, it was very warm, and I hate water parks that are cold. #2 Tons of slides and pool options. The boys loved the slides and basketball hoops. The lines were much shorter than I usually experience. #3 The life guards looked attentive, but did not micro-manage us, which I appreciated. The only drawback is no hot-tub. In the morning we had breakfast sandwiches from Dunkin, and the service was quick. I would definitely stay here again!

First and only time for us… Very busy and just a money grab. They charge nightly for parking, have additional overpriced activities for purchase. Like a small round of mini golf for like $30 per family. But the worst part was it was a struggle everyday to get a tube, especially if you wanted a double. Room wax nice, but older and the bathroom was TINY. Also had the sink in the main room. Which I dislike because it wakes people at night.

Lobby has no chairs, seriously? There is no furniture in the lobby at all. It was removed during the pandemic and still not returned. Literally, nowhere to sit. It's ridiculous. Also it is now 15 dollars per 24 hours to park. Some outside company is managing their parking lot. Third, no cash accepted period. I sent the kids and I was going to take a shower, nope, 10 minutes later they were texting and calling me. Ok, my kid is 12 and can walk around but I prefer not a carte blanche wristband or my credit card. I'm sorry but that was stupid. Now I'm sitting on a wooden ledge in their dumb no furniture lobby in case the kids want to spend money. Totally frutrated. So I guess I'm not taking a shower? Thanks.

Waited to check in with poor customer service response and price gauging Parking application delays entry 30 minutes and staff is flippant so do not expect smooth entry or rational approach to customer service just charge ridiculous amounts and take your business for granted. I advise arriving an hour early to deal with the hassle caused by poor standard operating procedure if you want to pass with this hellish experience but money goes farther if you go somewhere else.
