Great customer service I previously wrote a review for this hotel on the site and I just received a phone call from the manager apologizing for what I experience at the hotel. She also gave me a discount. I never experienced a hotel calling me back and offering me anything for the trouble I’ve had staying in their hotel..I usually have to ask for some kind of compensation for the situation that I’ve gone thru. That is great customer service.

Best vacation in a long time! Awesome place would stay again I was really impressed with the service that I received in the area around me was very beautiful the rooms are very clean and the fact that they are dog friendly was great. The pond outside features a beautiful blue herring that flies down the side stream. Beautiful. The hot tub and pool were splendid.

It is what it is - Worst TV setup I've ever had. TV setup is garbage. No live guide to help find stuff, and straight out of the 90's. ALSO! Please know if you bring pet there is extra fees.Its not upfront, so it may surprise you to get a $75 extra or $100 charge. Also, House keeping isn't the best. Don't expect bed, and or sheets to be made. Trash, and towels only is what I was told from House keeping when I showed them pasta sauce on our sheets prior to use getting the room. The front desk is great, and the building is in a great location. Outside the House Keeping, and fees not being explained its ok for the money.

Great!!!! Had a great time there. The pool was amazing for my granddaughter she loved it. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was AMAZING! Every one of them from management to housekeeping were so nice and friendly. They went out of their way to help with everything. We will stay there again and I hope the staff is the same.
