Great customer service What a lovely experience and such kind helpful staff Lisa on reception she really is one of the warmest kind people I have met when visiting any hotel, she makes you feel like your almost family and gives you a great welcome , and dawn is very helpful she tried to accommodate me as she new I had health problems like Lisa did ! I would highly recommended this hotel to anyone as to visit a hot where nothing is to much trouble is very special thank you all again ! Kind regards Mrs and miss deakin x

Genuine customer service in beautiful surroundings Having traveled from the States to spend a restful week with my Mum, following a family bereavement - West Lodge Park was the perfect choice. Set in beautiful surroundings, it provided the tranquil retreat that was much needed. The hotel itself is a charming building with plenty of places to sit inside or out to enjoy the view. Location and beauty aside, it was the genuine compassion and warmth from the West Lodge team that made the visit so memorable. The team goes the extra mile to provide excellent, individually-tailored customer service that is sadly lacking in most hotels nowadays. A heartfelt thanks to both Lisa and Sharon for their thoughtfulness. Would definitely recommend!

Local gem for dinner or afternoon tea We went to West Lodge for an impromptu midweek dinner. We chose the Market Menu which was very reasonably priced and the food was superb. The staff were friendly and attentive - we felt that we'd had a high quality experience and will definitely return again soon. Afternoon tea is also excellent here, especially if it's warm enough to sit on the terrace.

Excellent Wedding Reception We used West Lodge for our wedding reception and it was absolutely amazing. The service was fantastic, beautiful grounds and the food was delicious! Probably the best roast beef I have ever tasted. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend West Lodge!

Superb wedding weekend. Beautiful country house hotel set in magnificent grounds. The staff are exceptional with a real interest in providing good service to their customers. A level of politeness rarely seen today. Nothing was any trouble and this was the ethos throughout the hotel.
