Should not be in hotel business My employees and I came back to the hotel after working for 15 hours straight to learn our keys didn't work (we rented 3 rooms total). Once we got the key situation resolved (after midnight when we all should have been sleeping), my room had someone else's property in it. When came down to the front desk, they told me that the room was given to someone else and that I only had reservation for one night... turns out I didn't my confirmation listed multiple nights and my room was given away. After a while, room was found for me on a completely different floor (away from the rest of the crew) and the room must have been the broken room kept for emergency since it was dirty, smelly and nowhere close to what I was forced to give up through staff's mistake. Called the manager the next morning after getting back home. She promised to investigate and call me back the same day. 3 days went by and nobody called back yet. To summarize - terrible customer service and hotel that should be rated as a 1 star (rooms are new but aged - filled with gold tvs, fridge, furniture. Bathrooms were not touched during remodel and they leak water all over and have not exhaust fans - do all the smells and steam stays in your room).

Overpriced I wouldn’t stay here unless you have no other choice. The rooms are plain The TV is spotty. Everything else is unclean.

Terrible place Filthy, ragged, poor customer service, broken elevator the doors are unlocked all night all around the hotel so anyone can get in. It’s not safe and it stinks.

Don’t stay here! This place needs to be torn down. Not clean what so ever. The rooms smelled musty and the showers were not hot.

don’t stay here this hotel is terrible. registration staff was very rude and when asking for a fork he told me that the kitchen was closed. asked for manager and he told me no and walked away. i will never stay here again due to the rudeness and i found a dead spider in the bed.
