AVOID THIS PLACE!! I was going to start off with how grungy and dank the room was, but there are plenty of other reviews that will tell you the same thing. Staff waited until around 10:00pm to tell me I had to move my vehicle "because you're parked in like four different spots". I had been driving all day and had to drive through Chicago. Needless to say, I was VERY tired. Yes I was irritated, but I got out of bed, put my clothes back on and went to move my vehicle. I was completely dumbfounded because there were no lines on the parking lot and only a handful of cars. When I suggested that they put some lines on the parking lot, he started to argue and say there are lines and they are perfectly visible. I also suggested he go outside and see that I was parked to his satisfaction. Long story short, I was told to leave. When I got home, I called the general manager to complain. When I explained my side of the story, she countered and said that her staff told her that I was being threatening and using racist slurs! EVERYBODY who knows me knows that I am a reasonable, rational, kind person and that I would do NO such thing! I did NOT raise my voice, I was NOT being aggressive or threatening in any way, I did NOT call anybody anything! And I resent being accused of such behavior! To attack a person's character for the sole purpose of feeling like "a big man" is just plain pathetic and unprofessional! So save yourself and go somewhere else!

The Ramada Will Leave You Hanging The shuttle service is inconsistant and they told us that a shuttle would take us to our concert, then they said they guy that drives the shuttle randomly went home and we we had no way to the concert- old school phone - so no Uber/Lyft. We walked 6 miles mostly on the shoulder of an expressway with $$$ in our poscket for the casino. It was scary in multiple ways and we eventually had to walk part way through a swamp. Thsi really was terrible.

My quick stay This was a very clean and affordable hotel to stay at while attending a concert at the Horseshoe Casino. The hotel was right down the street and very convenient. My room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was good and you had several choices. The hotel was quiet and the staff was nice.

Horrible experience with dirty curtains, mold on floor and window sills and dust everywhere. Food wasn't good either. The entire room was dusty, had not been dusted in a very long time. There is mold on the window sills and the corners of bathroom floor. The curtains have not been washed in who knows how long because they are very dirty. The lamp shades and the hardware underneath is covered in dust. The TV was very dusty. The room needs to be cleaned and sanitized. The breakfast was not good. The bagels and bread were hard so they must have been old. Not even the microwave could soften them. Just terrible. When I leave a room, I clean it. While I was removing the sheets, housekeeping walked in and thanked me, but then put the fitted sheets back on the bed. She said that those sheets stay on the bed and are only washed when they see stains on them. Just gross. I could never stay at this hotel again. The staff were very friendly and I appreciate that, but that hotel needs to stay on top of how the rooms are being cleaned. If I could rate this hotel a zero, I would!
