I pleasant stay The staff greeted me with professional courtesy.My room was ready and there wasn’t any waiting time.Our room was very clean and stocked with necessities.It was a 2 night,3 day stay. Surroundings was quiet.My daughter and I also enjoyed the pool

Huge roach in room and pot smell Floor not cleaned. Long hair on towel. Room smelled like pot from other guests. Huge roach I killed and left for employees

This hotel is horrible. My husband and I came to Hampton Va to visit our son that’s in military. While we where at the This hotel is horrible. My husband and I came to Hampton Va to visit our son that’s in military. While we where at the beach housekeeping came in and cleaned the room and did not leave any towels or wash clothes, so I call the front desk and ask for some towels and wash clothes to be brought to the room. The night clerk told me that I would have to come down to office and get them, WHAT, I have to come get them?so I hang up and go get the towels, when I get to the office the night clerk says that was rude of me to hang up on him, REALLY IM THE RUDE ONE. I’m a guest at your hotel and you make me come get towels and wash clothes. I paid for your services. We will not be staying here ever again and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will be going on social media telling every one of this horrible hotel and its employees. Oh yeah and the weed smell is horrible, guest just sitting outside their rooms smoking. If you allow it at least have guest stay in there rooms. DAMN, what about the kids that are staying there? Slum motel. Not a place for people who are expecting a nice motel stay. Room was in need of a complete remodel. Every thing in the room was broken or not usable.

Will come again The stay was very nice, beds werw veey comfortable but a little high for short people like me. good location ,staff helpful, hair in tub but otherwise good, we were here for the Jazz fest Show was bad. I like all the resaurnts in the area ans also wqlking distance from hotel.
