Stay was ok, wouldn’t come back Status and benefits were not recognized during check-in. A/C unit does a poor job of cooling down the room. You can tell they’ve tried to update the rooms but really felt half baked. Room had some spots that weren’t cleaned very well. Parking has to be paid separately via QR code for some reason instead of just adding it to your room which is annoying.

Say yes Business travel 3 nights . I've been in a lot of embassy suites around the country. Most built the 80s and need to be updated, this one has been updated. Rooms were clean well appointed bed was very comfortable. I would recommend. Breakfast got very crowded on the weekends. I would advise going early to avoid the rush.

Broken window in parking lot, roaches, and property alarm During my stay, I encountered several issues at the Hilton property, including roaches in the room, an alarm causing evacuation, and a broken car window in the parking lot despite security measures. I have reached out to Hilton corporate twice for a refund for the broken window, but I have not received a satisfactory response.

Nice But I Will Pass Hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. Parking was great also, but the have very poor air conditioning systems. We had our AC set to 67 for 4 day and it never cooled off. When you walked out of your room into the hall it felt like a sauna. I love the location and would love to stay here again but never during the spring and summer months.

Don’t come early! Pros: EDDIE in the lounge made us feel so welcomed. His quick service & friendly attitude really made the whole atmosphere!! Room meet our needs but because of a horrible smell we had to change rooms. And then the TV didn’t work and the air would not stay on in the next room. BREAKFAST: Omelets were great!! Snacks: Tortilla Chips and cheese! Con: FRONT DESK No greeting, very short. Arrived at 2 and told 3 times rooms won’t be ready till 4 pm. Never asked my name and didn’t look anything up in computer. 10 stories and I could count the cars in the parking lot! Asked if they could contact me when room was ready. Same reply, no rooms are ready till 4pm! So much for being a Hilton Honors Member. But she didn’t know who we were. Check in was fast and very smooth after 4pm. BREAKFAST: Buffet was plentiful but twice pancakes could be used as a frisbee. Scrambled eggs were so cold…but there was food to eat!
