Rest well at the end of the road to Hana If going to Hana, make sure you spend the night here. It is a great way to get a good night’s rest after driving the road. It is a great place to use as a base as you explore the beautiful area’s around Hana. It is a lovely and well kept property. Everyone is friendly and willing to help.

Top Romantic Resort in the US! If you are seeking adventure, romance and a relaxing vibe that allows you to fully disconnect from the world, this is THE spot. I’ve stayed in resorts all around the world and this was reminiscent of something you see in movies or in Thailand. The pool is surrounded by lush plants and meticulously groomed grass instead of concrete. You hear the ocean waves crashing vs. the pool gate opening and closing… because there isn’t a gate. Want to leave your car unlocked? Perfect. This entire property is gated. Book the ocean view bungalow. Have Chelsea at the pool bar whip up her handcrafted Mai Thai with the egg white and passion fruit foam. Take yoga and meditation in the morning with Renee. Have the beautiful and kind staff make you feel like royalty when they give you fresh POG juice and shell Leia upon arrival. ZERO complaints. Oh, and if you need a ride at any time of the day, Louie and team will pick you up and bring you anywhere. This is the best place to stay if you do the Road to Hana. Close to the Black Sand Beach in Waianapanapa, 30 min to hike the Pīpīwai Trail and see Oheo Gulch, or Charles Lindbergh’s burial site. The stay of a lifetime in a Hana oasis begins here. Mahalo! Ps. There is a secret and INSANE beach but the hike is quite dangerous and overly sketchy. Worth it? Yes, but the hotel is not allowed to tell you about it or give you directions. I don’t want to get the hotel in trouble by sharing it here, so DM me on instagram @its.just.nemo for directions and safety tips.

Superb location, most welcoming staff we’ve encountered on Maui This was our best (out of 5) stays in Maui. So lush, so friendly, so personal. I truly regret not having stayed longer. The domain is stunning, the unit felt so homey and really fit in with the environment. The amenities are also great, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome

Below expectations unfortunately the Hana Hotel is very run down and old, the fixtures are old and rusted, so was the shower head, rooms are below expectations while the price is still very high. I have stayed there many times and I requested a room with a large tub but did not get it. a friend called to ask if they could buy an amenity to be delivered to me but she was told that I did not have a reservation. My name was misspeled. There is no more dinning in, we were shuttled to the Hana Ranch were the meal was below average

Relax at the Hana-Maui after driving the Road to Hana. Absolutely magical. Why would you make that long drive and not stay at this fantastic resort? After the hustle and bustle of Kaanapali and the treacherous drive, the Hana Maui resort was sooo relaxing. Got a same day massage appointment for my wife while I got to use the facilities as a Globalist. The bungalows by the ocean are a special treat, so private, and nice inside. Short drive to the black sand beach (make reservations!), red sand beach (get the Huli Huli chicken) or a short walk to the underrated Hana Bay beach. Great breakfast, wish that restaurant was open for lunch and dinner, the one across the street was so-so, but there are excellent food trucks in walking distance.
