A very pleasant and enjoyable experience! Our A unit was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults. The bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed having dinner on the balcony. The cleaning staff and front desk staff were very helpful, patient and welcoming. We appreciated being on the 2nd floor - the building was quiet. We also appreciated having access to disabled parking spaces in front of our building.. We loved the view from our unit and property was well maintained. Overall, a great time was had by all! Thank you. We look forward to returning.

Families welcome We have been going to vacation villages in the berkshires for a few years, the staff is always helpful & friendly The new walkways & improvements r great I like the comfortable feeling of being in the Berkshires, yes a car is required if u leave the resort but luckily there r things to do AT the resort The food truck at the pool is fun & the food is good The new text service is genius & I love it, just text for any need from the resort & it shows up. No phone call necessary I encourage families to visit

Mountain View My family stayed at Vacation Village to attend a wedding nearby. The units were clean and comfortable. The resort had movies and activities. The outdoor pool is huge. The hot tub was fun. We painted bird houses. The staff was very helpful.

Nice but not a Gold Crown Resort & A bit to remote for us We were a bit disappointed overall in our stay at Vacation Village in the Berkshires. First of all the resort did not meet our expectations for quality of a Gold Crown resort. We found the carpets to be frayed in a couple of areas where the carpet met the tile. There were also two areas where the paint was blistered on the walls. It appeared water had run down the walls from either the upstairs unit or the roof. Finally the sofa/sofa bed in the living area was incredibly uncomfortable as cushions and mattress seemed to have been used beyond their useful life We were also disappointed that Jiminy Peak was closed except on Saturday and Sunday as there is not much else to do in the area outside the mountain resort without driving 1/2 hour to Pittsfield, Lenox or Stockbridge. For these reasons I cannot recommend the resort in the summer, nor do I plan to return

Family Vacation Take 2 Good service, clean units, welcoming staff. Would go again if it wasn't too far out of our way, but if you have never been to this location go for it, very family friendly
