Club Wyndham Bentley Brook

A great getaway in a beautiful setting My sister and I enjoyed the two bedroom condo at Wyndham Bentley Brook. It was a great location for several great adventures (both indoor and outdoor!) as well as on-site amenities and activities. We had a great time at the property at a wine tasting and a trivia contest. The pool and game room were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our condo was clean and in good repair; we cooked several meals in the kitchen and there was sufficient equipment and utensils (although I always bring my own knives).

Great if you’re a skier Great location by slopes, ski in/out and it’s extremely convenient to have a nice size kitchen. Especially since there aren’t a lot of food choices within walking distance. Have been coming years and they just renovated halls and rooms. Great for families- we had two bedrooms with two bathrooms. It’s like having your own apartment-including a washer and dryer.

The staff is the biggest issue We have been to Bentley Brook several times and the accommodations are fine. Yes they’re dated. I showered in the smallest shower but could swim in the jacuzzi tub. The room amenities are great for having meals in the rooms. The location is ideal to the skiing. Yes, you are in the Berkshires and you will have to travel to restaurants and grocery stores - to be expected. The jacuzzi was ok. The small one outside the pool was nice but not hot enough. The inside one was a much cooler temperature - had been full of kids and the water color was questionable. But the large outdoor adult one was nice. However there are not enough hooks or benches to store stuff so it doesn’t get wet in the snow on the ground. We received the “concierge” call about an iPad survey. We are long time TS owners and just say no. But when I asked about discounted ski passes, the guy had NO clue what I was taking about and said if I found out to let him know. _ The staff needs a huge attitude adjustment. I cannot speak many kind words for the desk staff. They were unapproachable and when you asked a question they did not want to be bothered and a bit snotty with their response. They’re not good faces to present this location.

JUST EXCEWLLENT!!! Spacious unit, AMAZING STAFF, Our 2nd trip here. There is NO sales office, so you can relax and enjoy every moment of your stay. You are approx. 30min drive from most things, so plan accordingly.
