Great stay The staff of this hotel are simply amazing. They were happy, helpful and knowledgeable. The pool, spa and sauna were functioning and well maintained. The breakfast was basic but well stocked. The dining room staff member was excellent. I liked the location and the short boardwalk along the water.

NO ELEVATOR! Won't stay here again Beware this hotel does NOT have an elevator. As 2 senior citizen women it was not easy hauling our luggage up two flights of stairs. Our room was quite. Our beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was so so. Paige at check in was very sweet and called our room to make sure everything was good. But I would not stay here again. They need an elevator or a bellhop to carry the luggage.

Ramada in Hancock Mi Always a great stay at this Ramada, very clean and quiet. Right next to the water, we had a lakeside room, nice view.

Staff was fabulous, room was clean and comfortable Laura Ann at the 99 Navy Street Ramada in Hancock, MI made my night. (I think I got the last room in the U.P.!) The entire booking and check-in process was seamless, efficient and blended with genuine kindness. I found my room very clean, the bed quite comfortable and woke up to a beautiful waterside view. Don't hesitate to stay with the Ramada in Hancock, MI.

Nice stay Great breakfast including egg sandwiches. City dock in back of hotel. 6 minutes from Isle Royale Ferry. Has 24 hr drink and personal frozen pizzas you can purchase at the front desk. It has a pool I didn't have time to make it to. Fridge and microwave in room.
