Great Hospitality, clean and spacious rooms Another great family stay while visiting Hershey Park. Sara went above and beyond and helped make my daughter’s birthday special. Thanks again, your efforts were greatly appreciated!! Rooms were clean and large king bed was comfy. Rooms were much better than Hershey lodge but pool wasn’t too clean and was slimy. Great outdoor patio area to hang out. Thanks for another great stay.

Highly Recommend! Great service! Great Hospitality! Our family visited Homewood Suites in Harrisburg (visiting Hershey Park) and had the best experience. Great continental breakfast! Wonderful and thorough housekeeping. Awesome indoor pool! Super convenient options for dining that is walking distance. We were most impressed with what happened when our children lost their stuffed animal. My family had already checked out and called the front desk to ask if perhaps we had left the beloved stuffy in our room. Dollis, our gracious receptionist, listened to our request and asked housekeeping to check our room. Dollis called us back immediately to let us know that the stuffed animal was not in our room. She ensured us that she would call us the next day to let us know if it was found. Dollis called us, as promised, the following day to let us know that housekeeping had found the stuffy in the bedsheets. We thanked Dollis for making 2 distressed kiddos super happy! It is these small actions that prove that Homewood Suites goes above and beyond to ensure that their patrons' experience is a wonderful one. Highly recommend! You are an angel, Dollis. : )

Perfect!! This is an exceptional property. Very clean, and everything is updated and new. It feels upscale. Very quiet, great breakfast...loved it. Walk to several restaurants. I have nothing negative to report. I know we definitely recommend and would love to return! .

Good stay in the Harrisburg area This was my second visit to this area. As a Hilton Honors member I enjoy staying at different properties within the Hilton portfolio when I return to various cities. Fully planning to order app delivered dinner from a nearby restaurant, the location was excellent. Arrival & departure in Harrisburg were by Amtrak, so I required Uber ride both ways. Check-in and check-out were friendly. I checked in online and chose the suite the day before arrival and used the Digital Key. Suite was comfortable, easy temperature control and no issues with TV nor WiFi. Slept well. Bathroom had good counter space for my toiletries. The breakfast offered was quick and filling for a non-breakfast person. I found no issues with this property. There are a few restaurants within walking distance if you're not having it delivered or using the room's kitchen facilities.

Wonderful hotel with great staff, location and amenities This Homewood Suites is our go-to hotel when visiting Hershey Park. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is an excellent feature for keeping cold drinks, food for picky toddlers, etc. The staff is always friendly and courteous here! We had wonderful interactions with the staff at the front desk, welcome reception, breakfast, housekeeping and even through the app chat feature. On this particular trip, we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite which allowed for even more space for our family to spread out. Housekeeping was thorough and incredibly friendly. We happened to be there for the Wednesday evening reception, and the food and drinks were excellent. The staff even went out of their way to explain the options and welcome us in. The drive to Hershey is approximately 15-20 minutes and a very easy drive. Next door is Joe’s Pizza - we get one every time we visit, their Grandmas original pizza is one of our favorites anywhere! Overall wonderful staff, large and comfortable accommodations and great location!
