Can’t wait to come back! This was our first stay and we can’t wait to come back! Our trip started off rough because we thought we had everything booked, only to arrive and not have a room at all. It was 100% my fault but Emily and Allen at the front desk were absolutely wonderful and made something work despite the fact the hotel was completely full the first night we were there. The cottages are adorable and so comfortable. The mineral pools are clean and they feel fantastic. We had a blast dancing the night away at the Copper Room one night. Our waiter Brad was great! We are looking forward to coming back with the whole family.

Best hotel ever _ The room is bigger than we expected and it has a great lake view. Also the room has no heater unfortunately and the blankets are kind of thin PLUS there are school bus toys in the gift shop and the bear is wearing a bathrobe :) I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!

Worn out, overpriced and bill issues. Stay elsewhere! This hotel has a beautiful position overlooking the lake but is hugely let down by poor service and worn out rooms and facilities. Carpets are threadbare, wallpaper is peeling off the walls and cleanliness isn’t great - and all doesn’t come cheap! Kids enjoyed the pools but they felt grotty to me and far from a relaxing spa-type experience! Most annoying is their unhelpful guest services. We completed express checkout as the queue to check-out was out the door and had onward travel connections to make. No bill has since been emailed and I see all sorts of charges that I can’t agree on my credit card. Guest services refusing to send me, the bill-payer, a copy of the bill. Wtf?! They say I need to contact my travel agent. Ridiculous - making life very difficult, almost if they know they have something to hide and want to make it hard for me to unpick! Fuming is an understatement.

Solid experience - great swimming pools This is probably the best place to stay in town. An older hotel that has been redone but not for some time. The restaurants could have had better food for the price but cannot beat the location or the views. The pools were nice as well. The cover photo on Trip Advisor is not accurate for this hotel.

Ridiculously overpriced for less than average location. First of all the reservation number Under the hotel on web is expedia but they don't tell you that. Reservation desk said support dog ok. Booked us in with payment in full at 831.54 for two nights, 3 adults. Arrived, dog not allowed in our 3rd floor, mountainview, balcony room. Moved to west wing, into a simple 2 queen beds, average hotel room with no balcony. No change in price. Complained to management, and was shown a cabin with 2 beds in separate rooms and of course living room area. Back to front desk to be told that would be $150.00 more per night. We settled on $120.00 more because everywhere else was full and 831.54 already paid, and said we would take it. Now informed the cabin we were shown was taken but here is key for Cabin C-08. Cabin C-08? One double bed in bedroom and a twin (or less) hideabed in living room. So for $1,199.34 for two nights, third person had to sleep on a horrible small hide-a-bed which was 2 inches at best, and all coils. Bedding - One sheet and no blanket. Dinner at the Copper Room was an excellent meal! However, the menu was nothing like the website menu. Website has not been updated in years as all the staff complains. Waste of money!
