Don’t stay Here This hotel has gone downhill. It is in serious need of renovations. The ac in room had black mold. Only one person at front desk. After one hour waiting for help had to go back to front desk. Asked to speak to Manager and was told she left early to go to bible study and maintenance went home early to pick up son from school.

Overnight stay I'm sorry to say this stay was not up to the Hampton standard. The first room assigned did not have a TV, and the second did not have a hair dryer. The deadbolt was questionable. I will say the desk clerk did resolve the hair dryer issue but what a random thing to deal with after a long day of driving. I spoke with the manger the next morning. They are trying to deal with all the issues but evidently not quickly enough. Other guests had complaints as well. Hope they do better soon.

Look elsewhere The deadbolt on our door didn't work. Neither did the mirror light in the bathroom. Those were little things. The AC was loud, and the pillows clearly needed replacing. Speaking of replacing, a 32-inch, 480p TV in a room? As for desk service, not the most amicable or welcoming crew at check-in or checkout.

Nice stay This place is busy. They had someone from another location helping when we checked in. The pool area is nice, but the water was too cold. We stopped early for the evening to be able to enjoy the pool, but that didn't happen because of the temperature. There were at least three people helping with breakfast. They noticed a pileup so they added another wafflemaker to help. Many hot items were available as was a to-go bag.

Hit and Miss I'm a bit ambivalent on this review. The room was clean. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in left a lot to be desired. I'm not going to say more on an open review. The woman at the front desk on days 2 and 3 was very nice. The pool on the first night wasn't heated. It was 8 degrees outside and the pool was probably in the low 40s for temp. There is no way a human being could enter a pool that cold for any period of time. I tried to complain to the gentlement working the front desk, but that went nowhere. The second night the pool was heated, cold, but at least heated. Probably low 60s. I can swim in that. The breakfast was probably the worst Hampton breakfast I have ever experienced, period, at any Hampton property I have stayed at. All in all, the room was clean and I guess that's what really counts. I would stay here again if I had to, but would probably try another Hilton property in the area before doing so.
