the "Hilton" brand used to equate to high standards...not so much at this hotel "Hilton" used to stand for high customer service and above average hotel properties...not at at this place - old tired property, ice machine didn't work (plus, not the end of the world but as loyal Hilton members our travel perks only applied to ONE room, although we had booked more than one - at no other Hilton have we experienced this)

Terrible place to stay and attend a show The A/C was not working in all the common areas, including the lobby, bar, restaurant all the hallways and bathrooms. There was no hot water either. This was during my entire stay. It was extremely hot inside and outside. The only cool place was the room and of course the shower! There was also no place to eat lunch on the property. The staff did not care or offer any answers or apologies.

Stay elsewhere As mentioned before in numerous reviews, customer service at the front desk is nearly non-existent. The room was cleaner than the last time I stayed here but still not kept in working order. My AC didn’t work and the controller just stated “ERR.” I was hoping a good workout would start my day but the AC in the gym wasn’t working, the gym was HOT and HUMID and then the water machine didn’t even have the water line hooked up to get water. And to mop up the sweat would’ve been great but there are NO towels! NONE! Then try to clean all the sweaty equipment is impossible because there are NO cleaning supplies. Back in the room I end up picking up items that had fallen from the bedside table which, come to discover, was broken and leaning forward so much it was about to fall off the wall. Very poor upkeep which means very poor management in my eyes because they’re not doing any oversight at all.

Not impressed. No welcome feel- customer service is on a "0". Nice property- not the friendliest staff. The front desk agents were not welcoming at all. My encounter with the staff was very rude, Hillary & Connie were definitely not setting a good example for the property. I like to consider myself very friendly and unconfrontational. I don't complain or send food back- but I was not impressed with the breakfast. My order was incorrect, and coffee was cold. We told the waiter- he still gave me a receipt with the coffee on it for $4.50 and the cup was left over half full. Low grade for hospitality.

NICE HOTEL Good location right off the highway. The check-in was average wait time. The room were spacious king bed, microwave and mini fridge. There is a large dining room, full breakfast (costly) for all you can eat and the food was just okay. They also host a bar with tv's and free parking. We did not take advantage of any of the amenities because we were there for a special event that was not being hosted at the hotel. We just used the hotel to sleep and have breakfast. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.
