Motel 6 Hazelwood, MO

Horrible The manager is rude, and has a nasty attitude and gets smart every time we asked a simple question. The housekeeping staff is rude.The hotel itself is kept very nasty. There was dirt in the tub when we got there. The lobby hd trash in it upon our arrival. The microwave was filthy, I hated to have to use it.

Crappy It was mold everywhere, no 6ix9ine but I saw a rat and it smelt like mold and dog pee. People were smoking in the no-smoking signs smelt like straight za. people were blasting music like nobody cared if u F-R-E-E this hotel scammed my money and I can't refund and the vending machine you cant take out the money if you can't buy anything. This hotel is really zero but it's whatever I overheard that they charge more and if you paid they still gonna charge your card them SCAMMED me don't go here it's mid, dead, and annoying.

Overwhelmingly damp, dirty, broken and loud The hotel looks like something out of a horror film. The smell is indescribable, like mildew mixed with body odor. My room had no hot water, my co-worker had no cold water. A third co-worker found what looked like a bloody hand-print on the wall of his room. My room had no shower curtain, the floors were sticky, the toilet looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Drywall was buckled, cracked and pealing. Walls were a variety of shades of any color as touchup work hadn't been done in any common color scheme. My closet door was off the hinges and the shower curtain was missing. Sleeping was hard due to the loud fights going on in the hallway and the fact that the sheets were so damp. Doorframes were rusted as was the bath-tub. Everyone in our group wound up sleeping in their cloths and barely slept. We were there for business and not expecting anything fancy but this was beyond the pale. The building needs to be torn down or massively revamped. As it stands now I don't understand how this can pass any health or safety inspection.

Super Ghetto! Zero Hospitality! Let me start by saying I have stayed in a lot of hotel and motels lately due to a move. Some places are been better than others, as long as my room is clean I am normally ok. This, Motel 6, wins first place for being SUPER GHETTO! When you enter everything seems pretty good. The loby is clean and welcoming. Once you pass the loby you see the real motel. Where to start;  • thin walls  • lots of yelling and loud talking  • people arguing  • doors banging  • groups of people hanging around outside  • no cleaning standards like the site claims  • major water damage and mold smell in stairwell  • the tub did not drain when taking a shower  • the laminate floor felt grimy  • unkept property outside, lots of trash  • open exposed dumpster  • "first floor" is below the main level it is damp and smells  • guests climbing over a broken chain link fence  • unleashed dogs are walked in and out if the motel  •  the hallway is dingy and not well lit at night  • No servailance videos! Also, microwaves and mini fridges have been removed from the rooms. * This is the ONLY place I have stayed at without one. Even the Red Roof Inn (not recommended) offers them in the rooms. My room did not have a latch. I immediately walked out and told the front desk about the latch. I asked for a different room because I did not safe. They all seemed confused and kept asking me what I did and if I touched anything in the room. Not even 5 minutes had gone by. They reluctantly gave me a different room. My last night here I decided to do laundry since there is a washer and dryer for guests. My clothes where still wet after being in the dryer for over an hour. I went to the front desk and let the clerk know what happened. I was told not to use the dryer because it us not working. (No sign was posted). When I asked how I was supposed to dry my clothes, I was told that it was my problem and they could not help me. He then tried to say that the machines did not belong to the motel. It took over 15/20 minutes to finally get him to understand that the hotel was ultimately responsible. Sleep well _ some place else if you can. Just DO NOT stay here! Zero Hospitality

Horrific. Do not book here. This was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at bar none. Do not, under any circumstances book here. There was blood on the sheets. The person at the front desk was so rude. He told me no refund and to never come back to a motel 6. GLADLY. There is no amount of money you could pay me to stay here, ever again. This is also a stock photo, the actual motel looks nothing like this. It’s run down, smells awful and should be shut down by the health department.
